Description
The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used to ventilate quarries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of ventilation of quarries by creating in the area of suction ventilation systems a vacuum zone and ejection of clean air through it.

FIG. I depicts a pit ventilation pattern; Fig. 2 is a graph of the effect of the distance between the fans in rows E on the ventilation efficiency; FIG. 3 is a graph showing the effect of the angle of rotation f (curve I) and the speed of angular displacement w (curve II) on the ventilation efficiency as compared to the known (curve III); Fig. 4 is a graph showing the effect on the ventilation efficiency of the distance between the rows of fans a.
The method is carried out as follows.
Generators 1-6 turbulent jets (fan installations) are placed in two rows and parallel to the large or small axis of the pit in the center of it. In this case, the fan units of each row are diametrically opposed, as a result of which a common suction zone is formed between the rows of all the installations into which fresh air flows.
After installing the fan units on their turntables, the limit switches are adjusted so that the rotation angle of the jets of all the fan units in the horizontal plane right and left of the general direction of ventilation (parallel to the large or small pit axis) is the same. Then
провод т согласование по величине и направлению скорости перемещени струй всех вентил торных установок в горизонтальной плоскости за счет регулировани приводов механизмов поворота платформ.coordination is carried out on the magnitude and direction of the speed of movement of the jets of all fan installations in the horizontal plane by adjusting the drives of the platform rotation mechanisms.
After starting and putting out all career fan installations for the same operation mode, the drives of the rotation mechanisms are turned on, and the jets of all the fan installations move with the same magnitude and direction of the angular velocity (1) in the horizontal plane by the same angle of rotation φ. As a result of the fact that the fan units in rows are facing each other, a vacuum zone I is formed between them (Fig. 1), into which fresh air is ejected, and the contaminated air is emitted by turbulent jets developing in diametrically opposite directions. Due to this effect, the formation is completely eliminated.
0 recirculation zones and increases the efficiency of pit ventilation.
«Experimental studies have established that the optimal values for the placement and operation parameters of fan installations are the following: fan systems in each row are located at a distance of 1 45-55 jet diameters in the initial cross section (calibers), and among themselves - at a distance of 40-55 jet diameters in the initial section. "
In addition, the angle of rotation of the jets of all air handling units in the horizontal plane is equal to 1.48-1.75 rad, and the angular velocity of displacement (2.5-3.5). 10 rad / s
