The invention makes it possible to increase the durability of the floor, made of a material containing a base of crushed wood particles, a decorative coating, a protective and adhesive layers, due to increased physical and technical parameters. The adhesive layer additionally contains paper weighing 20-80 g / m, impregnated with 50-65% phenol-formaldehyde resin with a volatile content of 3-7%. The decorative coating is made of paper weighing 40-130 g / m, impregnated with 50-58% melamine-formaldehyde resin with a volatile content of 4-6% or melamine-formaldehyde resin with urea-formaldehyde resin in the amount of 5-50% to a binder content of 35-50% and volatile 2-3%, or from paper-laminated plastic with a thickness of 0.3-1.0 mm with an abrasion resistance of 130-300 vol. The protective layer is made of paper weighing 20-60 g / m, impregnated with a mixture of 60-60% melamine-formaldehyde resin with a volatile content of 3-7% and 2-10% aluminum silicate or acid-curing varnish at a consumption of 80-100 g / m. Description

The invention relates to the construction, in particular to materials for the manufacture of wood floors.

The aim of the invention is to increase durability.

The material for making the floor contains a plate with a thickness of 14-22 mm from crushed wood particles, an adhesive layer, a decorative coating and a protective layer. At the same time, the adhesive layer contains paper weighing 20-80 g / m impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin with a binder content of 50-65% and volatile .3-7%. Decorative coating contains a film based on paper weighing 40-130 g / m, impregnated with melamine formaldehyde resin at a binder content of 50-80% and volatile 4-6%, or impregnated with melamine-formaldehyde resin with a urea-formaldehyde resin in an amount of 5-50% to blended zukitsy 35-50% and volatile 2-3%

The protective layer at: The first version of the decorative coating is made of a film based on paper weighing 20-60 g / m impregnated with melamine-formaldehyde resin with a binder content of 60-80% and volatile 3-7%, in the second version - of acid-curing varnish at a flow rate 80-100 g / m.

As a base plate, the material may contain a block of 3-5 fibreboards glued together with a bakelite film.

As a decorative coating, decorative bu-g-laminated plastic can be used - 0.31.0 mm thick with an abrasion resistance of 130300 rpm.

In order to increase the resistance to abrasion, aluminum silicate in the amount of 2-10% is introduced into the melamine formaldehyde resin to impregnate the paper of the protective layer.

Examples of layer compositions for the manufacture of flooring material are given in Table 1.

The material according to composition (2) indicated in Table 1 is performed as follows.

From Table 2 it follows that the use of a material for the manufacture of a floor allows, in comparison with the known (composition 1), to increase the abrasion resistance

stretching, scratch resistance; specific resistance of the coating to tearing; ability to contact and static loads while simultaneously expanding the decorative effect.

A material for the manufacture of a floor, including a base made from crushed wood particles, a decorative lamella containing natural wood, and a protective coating connected to the base by means of a glue layer made of ketone aldehyde resin, characterized in that, in order to increase durability, the glue layer additionally contains paper weighing 20-80 g / m, impregnated with 50-65% phenol-formaldehyde resin with a volatile content of 3-7%, decorative coating is made of paper weighing 40-130 g / m, i absorbed with 50-58% melamine-formaldehyde resin th when volatile
