So from 00 1.1. The invention relates to the production of glass fibers, in particular to equipment for the production of continuous glass fibers, and can be used in glass fiber manufacturing plants. The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity and economy of precious metals. Fig. 1 shows a glass melting vessel for obtaining fiber, the melting on the chamber and the molding chamber are made in a single whole, longitudinal section; Fig. 2 - the same, the melting chamber and the molding chamber are made as separate elements. A glass melting vessel contains a molding chamber 1 with a 2 molding unit made in the form of a plate with spunbond nozzles or sectional perforated plates that are the bottom of the channels, a welding chamber 3 having side walls 4, for loading window 5 for feeding glass beads 6, screens 7 with holes 8 of the plate 9 separating the chamber from the forming chamber, tubes 10 whose bottom section is rigidly fixed on the plates 9, canopies P with a sloping wall 12. In the case of the melting chamber and the forming chamber as separate elements s (fig. 2) they are connected in one vessel with the help of flanges 13 through an annular cooler 14 and a refractory pad 1.5. The installation works as follows. The glass beads 6 are fed through the loading window 5 into the space between the screens 7 of the melting chamber 3. The glass mass formed during the melting of glass-reinforced glass flows from the screens 7 through the fibers 8 in their lower part and enters the cavities 16 enclosed between the screens 7, the plates 9 and the side walls 4 of the melting chamber 3. On the plane of the plates, these cavities are hermetic for the passage of glass mass. The glass mass fills these cavities, raises the upper entrance window of the tubes 10 from upwards to the level and through these pipes pours into the molding chamber i. Since the tubes 10 are located metrically relative to the longitudinal axis of the vessel, they are attached to them from below The walls 12 are deflected by glass jets so that they move closer to the longitudinal axis of the vessel. This ensures the symmetry of the temperature of the molding chamber floor. In such a process, almost the entire volume of the melting chamber 3 is filled with glass. The average residence time of the glass melt in the vessel increases. Effectively, heat is used, which is allocated on the screen and on the side stands of the vessel that come into contact with the molten glass mass and through it transfer heat more intensively to the glass beads. The melting chamber 3 in this case has a large thermal inertia, and its thermal regime reacts less to deviations in the heat balance caused by disturbances in the glass bead delivery. Since the upper exit window of the tubes 10 is made at the upper edge of the holes 8, in the cavity 16 enclosed between the screens 7, the plates 9 and the side walls 4 of the fusion chamber 3, there occurs a regular movement of the glass melt with its rise to the free surface while heating. This ensures the removal of gas from the glass melt; inclusions and averaging the time of arrival of the glass melt in the melting chamber 3 for all its individual portions, which leads to an improvement in the preparation of the glass melt, a decrease in droplet breakage and an increase in the coefficient of the useful time of the installation. 1, In general, the proposed device solves the problems of productivity and equipment. With it, it will be possible to create an efficient vessel design for a compact spinneret floor by applying the process of forming a fiber from perforated plates without spin nozzles, which creates significant savings in precious metals.
