Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл удалени внутреннего грата в пр мошовных электросварных трубах малого диаметра. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности .работы устройства дл сн ти грата за счет повьшени его устойчивости на линии Грата. Размещение оси 12 копирного ролика 13 на конце подпружиненного относительно трубы 2 рычага 7 за точкой приложени усили опорной пружины 11 рычага приводит к созданию такой схемы распределени сил воздействи ролика 13, опорной пружины 11, усредненных сил опорных пружин 3 и 4, при которой возникающий относительно оси ролика 13 момент стремитс прижать корпус устройства к базовой поверхности трубы. 4 ил. 5The invention relates to devices for removing internal deburring in electric-welded pipes of small diameter. В корпусе 1 выполнен сквозной продольный . паз 5, в котором на оси 6 размещен рычаг 7, На рычаге 7 закреплен резец 8 дл удалени грата 9. Канал 10 служит дл отвода стружки. Рычаг 7 подпружинен относительно опорной поверхности трубы пружиной 11 арочного про ,фил . На конце рычага 7 следом за опорной пружиной 11 на оси 12 установлен копирный ролик 13. В передней части корпуса 1 расположена направл ю1ца канавка 14, предназначенна дл ориентации резца 8 по линии грат 9. На другом конце корпуса 1 закреплен резец 15, служащий дл удалени оставшегос грата 9.
