Таким образом, МКЦ-адренапин обладает пролонгированным действием и повьшает физическую работоспособность животных в на-гидротартрата 31266541 отличие от адренали- (через 20 часов) после парентеральв отдаленные сроки , ного введени .This invention relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and relates to the production of epinephrine having a prolonged effect. The aim of the invention is to obtain adrenaline, which has a prolonged effect, which is achieved by sorption of adrenaline on the monocarboxycellulose polymer. Example. 50 g of cellulose are placed in an oxidizing mixture consisting of 176 g of nitrogen dioxide () and 263 g of four-porous carbon, held for 24 hours, periodically stirring, at 20 ° C. reactivity to nitrate and nitrite ions and dried at 50 ° C to a constant weight, MCC, obtained in the same way, contains 15.4% of carboxyl groups. The mixture is added to 500 mg of MCC, out of 35 ml of 0.049 n. NaOH solution and 35 ml of 96% ethyl alcohol. After 3 hours, the resulting MCC Na-salt is filtered off, washed with a mixture of ethanol and water (1: 1, by volume) and drained. Separately, an adrenaline solution is prepared as follows. 855 mg of adiv nalina-hydrotartrate is mixed with 450 mg of ascorbic acid (to prevent the hydroxy groups of the pyrocatechol ring from oxidizing) and dissolved in a mixture consisting of 70 ml of 96% ethanol and 70 ml of 0.07N NaOH. The MCC Na salt is then added to this solution, the preparation of which is described and the pH of the solution is adjusted to 8.35 with 0.07 NaO solution. After 22 hours, the resulting adrenaline sorption product on the MCC (or MCC-adrenapine for short) is filtered. Rinse with 48% aqueous solution of ethanol, dried in the dark at 25 ° C for 24 hours. The yield is 0.35 g. The content of adrenaline sorbed on the MCC is calculated by the amount of nitrogen in the product according to the Kjeldahl method. The drug MCC-adrenaline contains 22.25 mg of adrenaline per 1 g MCC. The complex of adrenaline with monocarboxylic cellulose has a prolonged action, which is illustrated by the following example. The experiment was carried out on outbred: Female rats (160 190 g). Rats of the first (control) group received saline solution subcutaneously (s / c) at a dose of 0.2 ml per 200 g of weight. The rats of the second group received a sc / c of 0.2 ml of adrenalin-hydrotartrate freshly prepared for a solution of water (at a concentration of 48.4 µg / ml) per 200 g of weight, which corresponds to 0.027 mg of adrenalin-based per kg of animal weight. The rats of the third group received a sc / c of 0.2 ml of a freshly prepared MCC-adrenaline solution per 200 g of weight, which corresponds to 0.027 mg of adrenaline-base per 1 kg of weight. A method for preparing an MCC-adrenaline solution. 2.65 mg of a drug with a degree of sorption of adrenaline base of 22.25 mg per 1 g of MCC is dissolved in 2.5 ml and adjusted to pH 7 with disubstituted sodium phosphate. The next day, 20 hours after the administration of the preparations, the rats were subjected to exercise swimming in water with cargo. At the base of the tail of each rat, a load was fixed (a bag of sand), which accounted for 1 12% of the mass of the animal. The rats swam separately in glass tanks (diameter 25 cm, height of water layer 55 cm) with water at 21-22 C. The swimming time of the animal in water was recorded in minutes, during which the animals worked intensively until they were submerged and water entered Airways. The results of the experiment are presented in the table. The obtained results indicate that the swimming time of rats with a load 20 hours after the administration of the MCC-adrenaline preparation in a dose corresponding to 27 µgadrenaline-base per 1 kg of weight was significantly increased compared with the swimming time of control animals that received saline solution. At the same time, the duration of swimming in rats that received the same dose of adrenaline base in the form of hell, renaline hydrotartrate did not differ significantly from the control animals. Thus, MCC-adrenapine has a prolonged effect and increases the physical performance of animals in the on-hydrotartrate 31266541 difference from adrenaline (20 hours) after parenteral long-term administration.
