Description
The proposed trigger differs from the known use of one (a ferrite core with a rectangular hysteresis loop, on which the collector and base windings of the transistors and the trigger input windings are located. This trigger circuit improves its speed and stability of operation.
1.A schematic diagram of a trigger is shown in FIG. one.
5.A trigger is a system with two stable positions, consisting of two ferrite-transistor blocking generators on a single transformer with a ferrite core. The blocking generators are interconnected by a static positive feedback over TOKV through resistances I and 2. This connection, by means of resistances 3 and 4, fixes the conductive (open) trigger arm. The non-conductive (closed) trigger arm is fixed by a positive bias applied to the base of the closed triode from external source 5.
2).The process of "tilting (changing the state) of a trigger is triggered; by applying a current pulse to one of the release windings 6 or 7. In steady state, one of the triodes of the trigger does not conduct current (closed), the other conducts (open). The open collector collector current, which flows through the collector winding 8, creates in the ferrite a constant magnetic field of displacement with the intensity I (Fig. 2). By this displacement, the ferrite is held in one of the positions "O or" 7 (Fig. 2).
9.A current pulse, fed through one of the release windings, leads the ferrite to the steep portion of the hysteresis loop and begins to tip it. In this case, currents of opposite directions are simultaneously induced in the chains of the base windings 9 and 10. These currents begin to open the closed triode and close the open one. The process of opening and closing. Each triode is avalanche-like due to dynamic positive feedback from triode collectors to their bases through windings 8 and 9.

The rising collector current of the opening triode accelerates the overturning of the ferrite, causing the development of an avalanche-like process of opening the triode (along the magnetic positive feedback between the windings 8 and 9 of one triode) and the same process of closing the other triode (the magnetic coupling circuit between the windings 8 triode and 10 other). The decreasing collector current of the closing triode removes the constant displacement of the self from the ferrite, having the same effect on the ferrite and triodes as the current of the opening triode. In the process of switching triodes, the redistribution of both the currents in the collector circuits and the currents in the static feedback circuits occurs, corresponding to the new state of the circuit.
