00 7 Изобретение относитс к оборудованию , используемому в медицине, а именно к приспособлени м дл сн ти с флаконов резиновых пробок с алюми ниевыми колпачками, и может быть применено дл сн ти пробок с флаконов с реактивами, медицинскими препаратами, физиологическими растворами и консервированной кровью. Цель изобретени - повышение удо С1гва пользовани и безопасности в эксплуатации. При использовании предлагаемого приспособлени съем резиновых пробо с колпачками осуществл етс легко и быстро, при этом не наблюдаетс н рушени горла флаконов. На фиг. 1 изображено приспособле ние, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - вид А на фиг. 15 на фиг. 3 - схема сн ти алюминиевого колпачка/ на фиг. 4 схема сн ти пробки с колпачка. Приспособление дл сн ти с флаконов резиновых пробок с алюминиевы ми колпачками включает (фиг. 1 и 2) корпус 1 с захватной головкой 2, в нижней части которой образован продольный паз 3, шарнирно укрепленную на корпусе 1 на оси 4 руко тку 5, удерживаемую в рабочем положении пр жиной 6, и шарнирно закрепленный на руко тке 5 посредством оси 7 рабочий орган, представл юпщй собой прижимную планку 8, при этом послед н закреплена так, что ее свободный конец расположен в пазу 3, что обеспечивает ее установку по низу ..пробки 9 под верхней частью горла флакона 10. Кроме того, свободный конец прижимной планки 8 вьшолн ют по ширине паза 3 в форме части внутренней поверхности захватной головки 2, (в плане), а длину ее выбирают такой, что при повороте руко тки 5 прижимна планка 8 полностью разме1цаетс в пазу 3, освободив внутреннюю часть захватной головки 2. Приспособление работает следующим образом. Захватную головку 2 корпуса 1 накладывают на укрепленное алюмини вым колпачком 11 с резиновой пробкой 9 горло флакона 10, где он занимает ориентированное положение. При нажатии на руко тку 5 прижимна планка 8, скольз в пазу 3, проход над горлом флакона 10 и деформируе низ резиновой пробки 9 и часть алюминиевого колпачка 11. Часть венчика горла флакона 10 в зоне расположени прижимной планки 8, освобождаетс от уплотн ющей части колпачка 11 (фиг. 3). После полного прижати руко тки 5 к корпусу 1 пробка 9 с надетым на нее колпачком 11 надежно фиксируетс прижимной планкой 8 в захватной головке 2 корпуса 1. При последующем повороте приспособлени в вертикальной плоскости (фиг. 4) происходит освобождение горЛа флакона 10 от пробки 9 и колпачка 11. Наличие прижимной планки 8 (вместо примен впихс ранее ножей) исключает травмирование работающего с приспособлением персонала, не требует затрат времени на периодическую заточку ножевых кромок, что в конечном итоге обеспечивает удобство в эксплуатации. Кроме того, при возврате руко тки 5 в исходное положение под действием пружины 6 прижимна планка 8, благодар выбранной длине, полностью размещаетс в пазу 3, в результате чего освобождаетс внутренн часть захватной головки и пробка 9 с колпачком 11 удал етс из приспособлени под собственным весом. Вьтолнение рабочего конца прижимной планки 8 по ширине паза 3 и придание ей формы части внутренней поверхности захватной головки 2 обеспечивает лучший контакт ее с колпачками 11 и пробкой 9 и более надежную работу приспособлени .
