Description
The invention relates to measuring technique and can be used to measure the parameters of mechanical vibrations of various objects, for example, to study the amplitude and frequency characteristics of a moving object.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the measurement accuracy by eliminating the influence of reflective properties and the shape of the object and characteristics of radiation and registration systems.
9.The drawing shows a device for implementing the method of non-contact measurement of object vibrations. 15 The device contains a probe signal emitter, a reflected signal receiver 2, a mixer 3 connected to a spekZ'r-Schnalizer 4 and two frequency-tunable 20 Nose filters 5 and 6, two logarithmic amplifiers 7 and 8, and a subtractor 9.
The method of non-contact measurement of object vibrations is carried out 25 as follows.
зондирование колеблющегося объекта ультразвуковой волны с частотой f0. 30Using the emitter 1, sounding of an oscillating object of an ultrasonic wave with a frequency f 0 is carried out. thirty
3. 35Due to the Doppler effect, the reflected signal is frequency-modulated. This signal is received by the receiver 2 and mixed with the probing signal in the mixer 3. 35
The total signal is fed to the input of the spectrum analyzer 4, where the vibration frequency is determined '£ 2 = f htl - f n (where f „, f n + 1 are the frequencies of the adjacent Doppler harmonics 40). Then, the bandpass filters 5 and 6 are tuned to the frequencies f Λ and f n + 1 . Filtering the Doppler signal, amplification from the filtered signals by logarithmic amplifiers 7 and 8 and subtracting the amplified signals in the subtractor 9. The signal K is determined at the output of the subtractor 9. The magnitude of this signal is related to the amplitude of oscillations A about the ratio
