1,0%. 12619674The invention relates to the pretreatment of ores by sintering them on sintering machines. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the sintering machine and the quality of the sinter. The drawing shows a device for implementing the method. The mixture is fed from the intermediate hopper 1 by the drum feeder 2 through the loading tray 3 to the sintering carts 4. The gas flow that is consumed is formed by a collector 5 installed between the sides of the sintering carts 4 at the bottom edge of the charge mixture. The gas flow generated by the collector 5 affects the charge granules rolling off the loading tray. If, during its movement, the granules perceive the opposite effect of the gas flow, then, if the rolling forces are equal to the forces of friction and aerodynamic resistance, the granules stop, and the large granules stop in the zone of high gas velocity and the smaller ones in the zone of low velocity. When the charge granules move in the opposite hOTOKe gas, diverging from the middle to the sides of the trolley, the force of the aerodynamic drag acting on the granules has two components: an opposing and horizontal, directed toward the side of the trolley 4 of the sintering machine; its size and specific gravity, the horizon layer, and horizontal in the displacement of the parts toward the side of the bed. The amount of displacement of the pellet to the side of the cart also depends on its size and specific gravity. When this is the case, the small granules are displaced further than the steep ones, which makes it possible to compensate for the partial load of the charge and to increase the number of small granules near the sides. The age of the homogeneity of the charge structure and, accordingly, the gas permeability of the layer is equal to the width of the sintering carriage. This helps to stabilize the sintering process and improve the quality of the agglomerate. The air from which the gas stream is formed is preheated. For this purpose, it is fed through the duct through a recuperator located in the cooling zone (above the surface of the cake or in one of the 1 72 cuum chambers) or near the incendiary hearth. The air is heated by the heat of the exhaust gases to lOO-ISO C. It is desirable to form the gas flow from dry heated air. The use of hot steam for this purpose gives an additional lower moisture content of the charge up to 1%. In addition, steam must be specially produced, whereas when using air, the pressure of the air duct is used, and air heating is associated with the utilization of heat from the exhaust gases. The preheating of the charge in the loading zone on the sintering carts partially compensates for the loss of Ten.ia that occurs when the charge is moved to the carts. This allows for sintering of the charge to have a smaller area of wetting. The method is as follows. The heat exchanger, made of gas pipes, is supplied with air from an air network, which is present in each sizing machine. A pipe with a wall thickness of not less than 4 mm is used to manufacture the collector. In such a pipe, holes can be made so that the angle between the axial lines of each hole and the pipe decreases from the center hole to the extreme one. When compressed air is supplied to the collector, an air stream emanating from these openings forms a diverging gas flow. For the formation of such a flow, it is sufficient that the length of the collector is within 2/3 of the width of the carriage. You can equip the collector nozzles. setting them with the appropriate slope. The method will be tested on a laboratory layout. A mixture of the following composition is prepared, wt.%: Concentrate 67, ore 17, limestone to 10, coke breeze 6, the mixture is moistened to 8%, mixed thoroughly, pelletized, heated to 40 ° C and, when loaded, are exposed to a gas stream formed from heated to compressed air. The test results are given in the table. The data obtained confirm that the application of the method will allow increasing the temperature of the charge in the layer and leveling the gas permeability of the layer of charge 3 across the width of the sintering quantity of the small carriage, reducing 0.8% and increasing the productivity of the nana fraction to 1.0%. 12619674
