I.

The invention relates to machine winding, namely to detachable connections, and is an improvement of the invention according to the authors. St. No. 903594.

The purpose of the invention is to provide adjustment of the axial position of the female part.

The detachable connection comprises a shaft 1 with an end wedge groove 2, an axial shaft from the end, encompassing a part 3 with a transverse bore 4 communicating with the groove 2, a pin 5 placed in the bore 4 of the enclosing piece 3. At the end of the shaft 1 there is an axial threaded hole 6 under the screw 7 with the possibility of contact of the latter with the pin 5. The conical section 8 of the pin 5 interacts with the side surfaces of the wedge groove 2, fitted with a slope corresponding to the conical part 8 of the pin 5. On the thread 9 of the cylindrical sections of the pin 5 rip elements 10 cooperating with the female part 3.

The compound is collected as follows.

A pin 5 is installed in the hole 4 of the female part 3. Then, the female part 3 is mounted on the shaft 1 so that the side surfaces of the groove 2 are parallel to the conical part 8 of the pin 5.

The required depth of the nozzle is provided by moving the pin 8 in the hole 4 of the female part 3. Finally, the female part 3 is fixed relative to the shaft 1 by means of fasteners 10 and a screw 7.

Disassembly of the connection is carried out in reverse order.
