The invention relates to the production of chemical fibers from polymer solutions, namely to washing chemical fiber bundles.
The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process of washing the bundles of chemical fibers.
The drawing shows a device for implementing the proposed method.
The method of washing the tows of chemical fibers is carried out in a device consisting of several washing baths with circulating washing liquid and squeezing rolls, the feed and discharge squeezing rollers rotate at a constant speed, and the intermediate rollers rotate with a spinning speed varying in one turn along a sinusoidal peripheral speed . By varying the speed of rotation of the rolls, the linear speed of the rope changes so that in one trough it becomes tight, and 6 another shrinks to a free state. At the same time, during the relaxation of tension, the elementary fibers in the tow are separated from each other and the washing liquid penetrates into the inside of the tow, filling the cavities between the elementary fibers. As the tension in the harness increases, the filaments-a first approach each other before touching each other. At the same time, the volume of the cavities between them decreases, and the washing liquid contained in them is squeezed out of the tow. With a further increase in the tension of the bundle, elastic axial stretching of the elementary fibers occurs, and the volume of pores inside the elementary fibers and the extrusion of the washing liquid from them decreases.

Example 1. A bundle of polyvinyl chloride fiber weighing 180 g / m after a molding machine: supplied. in the device dp washing from solvent dimethylformamide (DMF). The harness 3 is fed to the feed roller 1,: rotating at a speed of 70 rpm. The harness states that the linear speed is 35 m / min. After the feeding rollers the harness enters

5 and is discharged through fitting 8. A harness from the first trough is selected by rollers 4, which rotate at a variable speed of 39.6-26.4 m / min. After pressing on the rollers 4, the rope comes to the second wash trough, from where it is selected by squeezing rollers 2 at a constant speed of 35 m / min. After squeezing on the third rolls 2, the bundle enters the third trough (not 5 so far), through which it moves at a constant speed and is washed in a known manner.

Жгут, проход по промывным корытам 5 и 6 между вальцами 1, 4 и 2 с пе40 ременной и посто нной скорост ми, испытывает по дес ть циклов нат жение-ослабление .35 The rotational speed of the squeeze rolls 4 varies from 41.65 to 28.4 m / min. Elastic stretch 19%. The harness, the passage through the washing troughs 5 and 6 between rollers 1, 4 and 2 at variable and constant speeds, experience ten times of tension-loosening.
35,5%.As a result of washing, 5 tow with a DMF content of 35.5% is obtained.
The proposed method significantly intensifies the process of washing the harnesses of chemical fibers, reduces the amount of Q washing liquid and increases the solvent concentration in the washing liquid, which increases the efficiency of the regeneration units.
