Description
Изобретение относитс к аналитической химии, а именно к исследованию металлов, и может быть использовано дл вы влени микроструктуры нержавеющих сталей аустенитно-фер- ритного класса и их сварных соединений .The invention relates to analytical chemistry, namely to the study of metals, and can be used to identify the microstructure of stainless steels of the austenitic-ferritic class and their welded joints.
The purpose of the invention is to enable the investigation of austenitic-ferritic steels.
53.Example 1. Investigation of austenitic-ferritic steel type EP-53.
For the study, a steel template with a size of 20x40 mm is taken and electrolytic etching is carried out using standard equipment. The cathode is a plate of steel type 18-8. Etching mode: voltage 3 V, current density 0.1 A / cm, duration 30 s.
The etching is carried out using an electrolyte of the following composition, wt.%:
Lithium chloride 3.0 Ammonium chloride 14.0 Hydrofluoric acid 12.5. Oxalic acid 1,5 Surfactant based on sulfanol i 0,2 Water Remaining
The etching quality is assessed using an optical metallographic microscope.
Аустенит интенсивно окрашен, что позвол ет достичь качественного вы влени основных структурных составл ющих .Austenite is intensely colored, which allows to achieve a qualitative detection of the main structural components.
