Abstract
01The invention relates to a testing technique and can be used in stress relaxation tests. The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy by eliminating the effect of deformation of the elastic element. The method ends in that, in series with the specimen, in the grips of the test device, an elastic link and an expansion joint are installed. The sample is loaded to a predetermined deformation and the deformation is kept constant by changing the longitudinal length of the compensator, and the load is measured, from which variation the current stress is judged. The change in the longitudinal length of the compensator is carried out according to the law: L, L + z (S) / k, where y is the current longitudinal length of the compensator; L is the initial longitudinal length of the compensator; z is the initial length of the elastic link; 6 — initial stress value in the sample; B is the magnitude of the current stress in the sample, k is the coefficient of elasticity of the elastic link. A change in the longitudinal length of the compensator compensates for the elongation of the elastic link at any value of elastic stresses in the sample, and the deformation of the elastic link does not affect the relaxation process, since the total amount of deformation of the sample remains constant. 2 Il. Description
The invention relates to the correct technique, namely, to methods of relaxation testing for the same time.
The purpose of the invention is to improve accuracy by eliminating the effect of deformation of the elastic element.
The drawing depicts the layout of the device for the implementation of the proposed method.
3.The scheme includes a fixed traverse 1, connected by means of columns 2 with a movable traverse 3. On the columns 2, nuts 4. are fixed, fixed for fixing the traverse 3.
Passive and active grippers 5 and 6 are fixed on the cross-arms 1 and 3, respectively. In the active gripper 6, there is an elastic element, made in the form of a dynamometer 7, and in series with the latter is installed a compensator 8, made, for example, in the form of a rod, whose longitudinal length changes by heating it with an electric spigot encompassing the rod, or in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, the longitudinal length of which is varied by changing the pressure in the cylinder.
The method is carried out as follows.
A sample 9 is installed in series with the dynamometer 7 and the compensator 8, one end of which is connected to the compensator 8 and the other is fixed in a passive gripper 5. In this case, before testing, the initial longitudinal length LO of the compensator 8 is determined, the length Z of the dynamometer 7 is unloaded - nominal state and its coefficient of elasticity. After that, through the traverse 3, the sample 9 is loaded to the specified
Ldeformations, the value of which is fixed by nuts 4. In this case, in sample 9, initial stresses S occur, the magnitude of which is recorded using a dynamometer 7. Sample 9 is kept under load and the value of current stresses b J. is recorded with a dynamometer 7 In the process of relaxation of stresses in sample 9, its deformation is maintained constant. Dp this change the initial longitudinal length L
компенсатора 8, причем изменение продольной длины последнего осуществл ют по законуthe compensator 8, and the change in the longitudinal length of the latter is carried out according to the law
L C +: fgde L. - the current longitudinal length of the compensator.
Since the elongation of the compensator 8 at any value of the current voltage compensates for the elongation of the dynamometer 7, the deformation of the latter does not affect the relaxation process, and
The total amount of specimen deformation remains constant, so the tests are carried out without measuring the current specimen deformation.
