Description

Известны малогабаритные телевизионные камеры, предназначенные дл  просйотра внутренних поверхностей стенок труб, заполненных прозрачной жидкостью. Оптические головки таких камер имеют дистанционно поворачиваемые зеркала (или призмы) и сложную систему освещени . Подобные головки сложны в изготовлении и не дают возможности одновременно просматривать внутреннюю поверхности трубы по всей окружности.Small-sized television cameras are known that are designed to penetrate the inner surfaces of pipe walls filled with a clear liquid. Оптическа  головка смонтирована в стальном кожухе /. С кожухом при помощи резьбы соединен прозрачный стакан 2. Внутри цилиндра установлен пальчиковый видикон 3 с отклон ющей и фокусирующей катущками 4 и 5, заключенными в стальной экран 6. На экран навинчен корпус 7 объектива 8. Вокруг объектива расположено 10- 12 ламп накаливани  9 (тип А-34). Держатели 10 ламп вмонтированы в специальную обойму 11, котора  плотно вставл етс  в и упираетс  в корпус объектива. Перед объективом установлен зеркальный конус 12, освещающий внутренние стенки трубы отраженным светом ламп и проектирующий при помощи объектива их изображение на фотокатод 13. Позади видикона смонтирован трехкаскадный видоусилитель 14. Оптическа  головка заканчиваетс  резьбовой втулкой /5,Optical head mounted in steel casing.
