Изобретение позвол ет повысить точность измерений перемещений фотоэлектрического растрового измерительного преобразовател путем юстировки его по значению величины зазора между растрами, образующими растровое сопр жение. Способ осуществл етс следующим образом. Формируют два кол- лимированных пучка света и направл -. ют их на один и тот же участок растрового сопр жени под разными углами падени в плоскости, нормальной к плоскости сопр жени и штрихам первого ПС ходу пучков растра. Перемещают растры друг относительно друга, преобразуют мощности пучков, прошедших сопр жение, в электрические сигналы и регистрируют разность фаз этих сигналов .
