Abstract
Изобретение относитс к, медтехнике и может быть использовано при хирургическом лечении сужени большого дуоденального соска, терминального отдела общего желчного протока и суженных клапанов и анастомозов. Цель изобретени - снижение травма- тичности тканей путем улучшени контакта струны с рассекаемой частью органа. Устройство дл рассечени сужений трубчатых органов выполнено из эластичного материала в виде зонда 1, содержащего в своем просвете .токопровод щую струну 2 и имеющего в своей дистальной части в местах выхода струны 2 из зонда и входа в него выходное 3 и входное 4 отверсти . В дистальной части зонда 1 в месте, свободном от токоПровбд щей струны 2, установлены стержни 5, которые шарниром 6 соединены между собой и закреплены в зонде в местах 7 и 8 входа и выхода струны.
