(イ) 技術分野
本発明は尿道や膀胱等の尿路系の疾患の診断と
治療のために用いる内視鏡、いわゆるレゼクトス
コープ(前立腺切除鏡)と併用して特に肥大した
前立腺(前立腺肥大症)の内腺を外腺から剥離摘

ープで観視しながら先端に取付けた切除ループに
通電して切除するのであるが、前立腺内腺を完全
に100%切除することは危険を伴うため非常に難
しく、残存した前立腺組織が再び肥大して来る欠

きるようになつている。7は通電端子8と指掛け
11を備え接眼部4と外管1元部との間に設けら
れたガイド9に支持されて前後に移動自在の摺動
体で、該摺動体7は一端を該摺動体7に他端を外
管1元部側に取付けたバネ10により接眼部4側
へ後退するよう賦勢されており、該摺動体7には
外管1内に挿通する後述のような凝固導子13等
の基部を着脱自在に固定できるようになつてい
て、摺動体7を前進させることにより、切除ルー
プや凝固導子等を外管1先端から前方へ突出可能

その手術も完全、確実かつ容易で前立腺肥大の再
