Abstract

The invention relates to medical engineering and equipment. The device for establishing compression anastomoses comprises two bushes (1 and 4) arranged coaxially and slidably with respect to each other. The bush (1) has the flange (2) at one end and the collet (3) at the other. The bush (4) has the flange (5) and the movable ring (6). The spring (7) is interposed between the flange (5) and the ring (6). From outside the bush (4) is covered by the elastic sheathing (8) that passes into the two-lumen tube (9), one of its lumens being communicated with the interior of the sheathing (8), while the other lumen opens outwards immediately above the sheathing (8). The device is adapted predominantly for establishing compression anastomoses in the alimentary tract. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to devices for applying compression anastomoses to hollow organs.

A device for applying compression anastomoses is known, comprising a sleeve with a flange that enters the second sleeve with a movable ring and a spring.

A disadvantage of the known device is that it does not provide early probe feeding in the postoperative period with simultaneous decompression in the anastomosis zone and free removal of the device in the oral direction.

The purpose of the invention is to provide early probe feeding in the postoperative period with simultaneous decompression in the anastomosis zone and free removal of the device in the oral direction.

This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for applying compression anastomoses, comprising a sleeve with a flange, a second sleeve with a movable ring and a spring, the second sleeve and the movable ring are covered with an elastic sheath connected by an internal cavity with a double lumen tube, and one of the clearances is removed out directly above the sleeve.

FIG. 1 shows a device with coupled bushings, a general view; in fig. 2 - the ends of the intestines with inserted into the sleeves before connecting; in fig. 3 - connected with the device ends of the intestines; in fig. 4 shows the removal of the device after the rejection and accretion of the walls of the connected picks.

A device for applying compression anastomoses comprises a sleeve 1 with a flange 2 at one end and a collet 3 at the other. The sleeve 1 enters the sleeve 4 also having a flange 5. The sleeve 4 is equipped with a movable ring 6 and a spring 7, abutting with one end into the flange 5 and the other into the ring 6. Outside, the sleeve 4 is covered with an elastic sheath 8, passing into a double lumen tube 9 , with one of the gaps out directly above the sleeve.

Initially, the sleeves 1 and 4 are in a disconnected form. The sleeve 4 is inserted into the cavity of an upstream organ, such as pischis, having previously passed tube 9 through the digestive tract and brought it out through the mouth or sinus outside. During this period, due to the double-lumen tube 9, the patient’s early feeding of the patient is carried out and favorable conditions are created in the anastomosis zone by decompression through the second lumen of the tube. After a certain time, the process ends with the primary accretion of the walls of the connected picks and the complete rejection of necrotic, tissue-compressed tissue.

The device for applying compression anastomoses, simple in design and application method, cheaply, provides for the application of high-quality anastomoses with minimal trauma to the organs, is easily removed from the digestive tract, allows for early probe feeding of the patient and creates favorable conditions in the area of the anastomosis.

  1. A DEVICE FOR THE IMPACT OF COMPRESSION ANASTOMOSES, containing a sleeve with a flange that enters the second sleeve with a movable ring and a spring, characterized in that, in order to provide early probe power in the postoperative period with simultaneous decompression in the anastomosis zone and free removal of the device in the oral direction, the second sleeve and the movable ring are covered with an elastic sheath connected by an internal cavity with a double-lumen tube, one of the gaps being brought out directly on Dr. sleeve.
