Abstract
FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method provides annealing, speed heating to temperature of hardening, hardening in water, hot shaping of bolt head, cooling in the air and aging. During aging operation heating is carried out at speed of 120 +/- 10 deg/s up to temperature of 780 +/- 10 C and hot shaping of bolt head is exercised after aging under temperature, that does not exceed aging temperature. EFFECT: increased bolts mechanical properties stability and cyclical durability.
