Кантователь состоит из каретки / с кантующей головкой и приводитс в движение от двигател при помощи канатов. Каретка / изготовлена из двух полос (стенок), скрепленных между собой планками с проушинами дл присоединени каната. С внутренней стороны в стенках каретки имеютс выемки дл установки в них тормозных планок 2, которые прижимаютс к буксе 3 пружинами 4, регулируемыми пробками 5. В стенки каретки впрессованы пальцы, на которые надеты ролики 6. Кантующа головка состоит из буксы 3 с зажимным ползуном 7, на котором насажен ребристый ролик 8. Снизу в буксу 3 вставлена зажимна букса 9, в корпусе которой располагаетс палец 10 с роликом 11. Зажимной ползун 7 и направл юща зажимна букса 9 св заны между собой тройным рычагом 12 с роликами 13. К концу рычага 12 присоединены канаты. Кантующа головка устанавливаетс в каретке / и крепитс в ней при помощи пальца 14, который проходит через каретку /, буксу 3 и рычаг 12. Каретка кантовател перемещаетс по направл ющим, расположенным ниже роликов рольганга. Перемещение кантовател и работа кантующей головки осуществл ютс от двигател лри помощи барабанов и нат жных роликов.The tilter consists of a carriage / with a tilting head and is driven from the engine by means of ropes.
