Description

Continuous centrifuges for liquid processing and centrifuging of fibrous materials are known, including a fixed casing with a mesh drum mounted inside it, which is attached around a vertical axis with a mesh drum, which is provided in its upper part with several blades attached to the outer wall surface and a fixed funnel for loading material located in the center of the mesh drum. In them, a screw located inside the drum was used to continuously remove material. But such centrifuges were not very effective in the processing of fibrous materials.

The described centrifuge differs from the known ones in that it is removed from the mesh drum of the pressed material (Equipped with a needle or disc roller vertically mounted inside the mesh drum tangentially to its wall, with the possibility of changing the angle of the roller axis relative to the drum wall.

On the outside, the mesh drum is divided in height by means of disk calps attached to its outer surface into several zones, in which nozzle devices are placed, connected to pipelines for supplying working fluid to the material being processed.

Inside the fixed casing / (see drawing), a rotary mesh drum 2, mounted around a vertical axis, is mounted, the blades 3 are attached to the outer surface of which in the upper part. A vertical needle or disk roller 11 is mounted tangentially to its wall inside the mesh drum; the angle of inclination of the axis of this roller relative to the drum wall can be changed. The roller serves to continuously remove the squeezed material from the mesh drum, while the material re-megatzen speed is controlled by the angle of the roller.

In the mesh drum 2 is loaded through the funnel 6, the processed fibrous material, pipe-trap 7 serves in the drum at different heights of the working fluid.

The material is driven by the centrifugal force to the drum wall.

At the same time, the roller // moves it along the drum wall from bottom to top. When moving, the material is processed in each zone by various working fluids, which are then removed, without mixing with each other, through the mesh wall of the drum 2 and the nozzles 10. From the upper zone, the pressed material falls under the stream of air created by the rotating blades 3 , and takes it outside through the holes 5 in the cover of the casing.
