Description

Недостаток подобного способа состоит в том, что с одного растра удаетс  сн ть лишь несколько сеток, после чего растр разрушаетс .A known method of manufacturing fine-grained nets used, for example, as masks for three-beam television tubes used in a color television system, according to which a metal is electrolytically deposited on a raster applied by photomechanical means on the surface of a metal layer. The disadvantage of this method is that only a few grids can be removed from one raster, after which the raster is destroyed.

In the described method, this drawback is eliminated by the fact that fine-structure meshes with openings of arbitrary shape are made by electroplating metal deposition on a special, pre-oxidized metallic mold with retractable plastic or wax non-conducting pins of a given configuration corresponding to the desired shape of the mesh openings.

The construction of the metal mold for producing the grids in accordance with the described method is as follows. A plate is tightly attached to the metal body and provided with holes of the required, for example 4 or 8 coal, shape. The plate is made of stainless steel or copper coated with nickel, and has a slightly curved shape in accordance with the configuration of the fabricated, separating gratings for cathode ray tubes. The housing is provided with a bolt. The outer surfaces of the housing and the bolt are coated with a non-conductive layer, such as wax or varnish. The internal cavity of the body is filled with pasty plastic or wax. When screwing in the bolt, it presses on the pasty plastic mass or wax and squeezes it out through the holes in the plate in the form of rods of a given configuration.

Subject invention

A method for manufacturing fine-mesh nets, characterized in that, in order to increase the number of nets removed from a single shape, the mesh metal is electroplated onto a non-pre-oxidized metal mold with retractable current-conducting plastic or wax pins, the size and configuration of which correspond to the specified parameters mesh.
