Description

The proposed device is more perfect than the known devices for feeding fish to the working bodies of fish processing machines, made in the form of a cokus-shaped skewer.

To prevent fish from shifting around the longitudinal axis in the new device, the trochanter has the shape of a trough-like band, and its tip is bent downwards in the form of a semi-hook.

A modification of the device is also proposed, the essence of which is that the spit in the tail part is spring-loaded and interacts with the stop fixed on the lifting-lowering rod articulated with the end of the spring-loaded rocker arm, on the opposite end of which a hip plate is fixed at an angle.

FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed adaptation with a fish carcass seated on a spit; in fig. 2 - a modified device.

The fixture is a cone-shaped skewer L of a ridge 2 of which has the shape of a trough-shaped strip, and the tip 3 is 12202-2 and is bent downwards and made in the shape of a nook-hook. The length of the skewer is commensurate so that the fish to be processed 4 is supported on it by the anterior and posterior end of the abdominal cavity.

The spit is inserted into the upper part of the abdominal cavity of the carcass closely under the ridge 5, which is in the groove of the trough-shaped ridge 2. The blades 6 with a concave surface are mounted on the tail end of the skewer to center the fish in the event of its slipping} 1.

The device centers the position of the fish carcass in relation to the height and its lateral sides and prevents the fish from moving around the longitudinal axis.

To prevent the tip of the skewer from getting into the fish or into the spine, the described device can be modified.

In this case, the tail part 7 of the spit is made integral with the snarl 8 and is equipped with a spring.

The tail part cooperates with the rest 10 fixed on the lifting and lowering rod 11, on the lower end of which a sleeve 12 is worn. In the sleeve moves the spring loaded rod 13, which interacts with the rotary lever 14, the protrusion 15 of which abuts against the short arm of the lever.

The lifting and lowering ha is articulated with the end of the spring-loaded spring 16 of the yoke P, at the opposite end of which the probe plate 18 is fixed at an angle.

In the event of collision between the carping plate 18 and the fish carcass, the lifting and lowering bar ha descends. Together with the thrust, the stop 10 moves downward and gives freedom to the movement of the tail section 7 of the spit. Simultaneously lowering, the rod 13 presses the lever 14 and lifts the lever 8 from under the protrusion 15. As a result of this, the spit under the action of the spring 9 is brought into the working position shown in FIG. 2 dotted line. In this case, the tail portion 7 of the spit rests on the support 19.

A device for supplying fish to the working organs of fish processing, their machines, made in the form of a cone-shaped skewer, which is characterized by the fact that, in order to prevent fish from shifting around the longitudinal axis, the crest of the skewer has the shape of a trough-like band, and the tip of the skewer is bent down in the form of a semi-hook . 2. A modification of the apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that, in order to prevent the spit of the spit from getting into the fish or B spine, the spit in the tail portion is spring-loaded and interacts with the abutment mounted on the lifting and lowering bar articulated with the end of the spring-loaded rocker arm, on the opposite end of which the probe plate is fixed at an angle.
