Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery, namely, devices for applying mulching fertilizers and materials.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the distribution of fertilizers on soils with different chemical composition by changing the distance between the strips and the width of the latter.

The device comprises a body 1 for fertilizers with a feeder in the form of a conveyor 2 and a metering device 3 mounted on frame 4 with supporting wheels 5. Under the conveyor 2 there is a unit for guiding fertilizers in the form of a pipe 6 and centrifugal disks 7 located below it with blades. Behind the discs 7 there is a distributor in the form of a bell 8, with fixed

on its bottom are flow dividers 9 in the form of vertical plates 10 pivotally interconnected, each pair of which has a mechanism for adjusting the position of the plates relative to each other in the form of a slot 11 with a retainer (not shown).

In the peripheral part, the socket 8, together with the dividers 9, is bent at a right angle downwards.

The device works as follows.

Fertilizers or mulch from body 1 are conveyed by conveyor 2 to dispenser 3, through a slot which goes to a fertilizer unit where the blades of discs 7 are thrown into socket 8 and dividers 9 divide the flow into separate lanes. Further, the flow particles, striking the bend at the socket wall, change the direction of movement from horizontal to vertical and are distributed on the soil surface.

The distance between the lanes of fertilizer applied is adjusted by changing the angle between the plates 10.

DEVICE FOR MULTI-BAND APPLICATION OF FERTILIZERS, comprising a metering unit with a feeder, a unit for directing fertilizers into the distributor in the form of a bell with flow dividers, characterized in that, in order to improve the distribution of fertilizers on soils with different chemical composition by changing the distance between the strips and the width of the latter , the flow dividers are fixed on the bottom of the socket and are made in the form of plates pivotally connected to each other, each pair having a mechanism for controlling the position of the plates relative to one another th. 2.
