Ка фиг. 1 и 2 показано предлагаемое устройство. На корпус печи, на место установки уплотнени , надеваетс стальное кольцо /, внутренний диаметр которого больще наружного диаметра ксфпуса вельц-печи на величину биени последнего в данном месте. В кольце / имеетс 24 установочных болта 2, при помощи которых кольцо устанавливают на корпусе печи с допускаемым биением ±0,5 мм. После выверки и установки кольцо привариваетс к корпз су печи при помощи накладок 3. На кольцо / надеваютс два водоохлаждаемых чугунных полукольца 4, соединенных друг с другом болтами. Полукольца 4 подвивают при помощи трех серег 5, позвол ющих кольцу 1 перемещатьс в радиальном направлении. Между трущимис поверхност ми кольца/и полуколец 4 по специальным канавкам подаетс смазка от автоматической станции. Дл создани уплотнени и компенсации биени между водоохлаждаемым кольцом и кольцевым кронщтейном 6 верхней головки печи устанавливаетс двухдюймовый резиновый щланг, по которому циркулирует вода.Kah FIG. 1 and 2 shows the proposed device.
