Description

The invention relates to the textile industry and is intended for liquid processing of yarn and roving.

The purpose of the invention is to improve ease of maintenance.

FIG. 1 shows an apparatus for loading packages from carrier rods into a container, general view; Fig. 2 is a diagram of a mechanism for fixing packages on carrier rods.

The device comprises a horizontal platform 1 for installation on it. carrier 2 with packages on rods. Platform 1 has a lock of its position relative to the rods of the carrier, consisting of; from the fixed center B of the platform 1 vertical rod 3, the upper end of which has an internal thread for the screw 4, which serves to fasten the carrier 2 on the platform 1 and the rod 3. On two opposite sides of the platform 1 there are brackets 5 on which the semi-axes 6 and stops 7. The axles 6 are mounted with the possibility of free rotation in the sockets of the horizontal support element 8 suspended from the hook of an electric hoist. The stops 7 are installed in the sockets 9 of the uprights 10 with the possibility of free rotation in them and free movement upwards by the action of the support element 8 and the electric hoist. On the horizontal platform 1, two flexible traction elements 11 with rollers 12 are mounted.

Platform 1 has, from lateral one hundred guides 13 for flexible pulling elements 11. Tug elements 11 extend platform 1 from its bottom side. Traction element 11 is associated with a drive 14.

The supporting element 8 is made in the form of an elastic band 15, which is connected by opposite sides with flexible pulling elements 11.
