Description

The invention relates to means for accumulating and unloading bulk materials, in particular silos.

The purpose of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the bunker. By providing an overload of various doses of garbage into heavy-duty garbage trucks of various sizes.

The bunker includes a housing 1, the bottom of which is made of the main tilting flaps 2 and 3, hinged by means of the axles 4 against the opposite walls of the housing. The bunker is equipped with additional folding flaps 5 and 6 with supporting elements in the form of tubes 7, freely mounted on the axes 4. The latter are located relative to the lower edge of the housing directly below its walls at a distance corresponding to the flap length. The main and additional flaps have identical shape and dimensions and are made with movable pins 8 and 9 for their alternate fixation in the horizontal and vertical position under the edges of the casing walls. The flaps are provided with protrusions 10, and they are driven to move outside the body 1 from mechanism 11. The body is made with apron 12 and visors 13. The bunker is placed between platform 14 for regular garbage trucks 15 and platform 16 for heavy garbage trucks 17. To prevent jamming large valves

the inclusions contained in the garbage, the speed of rotation of the valves mounted on one of the walls of the housing, exceeds the speed of rotation of the valves installed on the other of its wall.

 During operation, the bunker case 1 with the doors 2 and 3 closed, which are fixed in a horizontal position by pins 8, and the doors 5 and 6, which occupy a vertical position and are fixed by shtyr 9 (Fig. 2), is loaded with garbage from regular garbage trucks 15. To overload the dose of garbage into the heavy-duty garbage truck 17, the 8-gangs retracted, causing the flaps 2 and 3 to fold and move to the lower vertical position under the force of gravity and the mass of garbage. At the same time, the apron 12, together with the flaps 2 and 3 folded back, prevents the debris from spilling outside the loading hatch of a heavy-duty truck. At the end of the overload of a given dose of debris, which is determined by the duration of its emptying, the flaps 2 and 3 from the lower vertical position are rotated beyond the limits of the housing 1, with their projections 10 on the flaps

BUNKER, comprising a housing, the bottom of which is made of two main swinging shutters pivotally mounted by means of axes at opposite walls of the housing, characterized in that, in order to expand the technological capabilities of the hopper by overloading various doses of garbage into heavy-duty garbage trucks of different sizes, it is equipped with two additional hinged sashes with supporting elements in the form of tubes freely mounted on these axes, which are located relative to the lower edge of the body and directly below its walls at a distance corresponding to the length of the sash, the main and additional sashes are identical in shape and size and are made with movable pins for their alternate fixation in the horizontal and vertical positions under the edges of the walls of the housing. 2.
