Изобретение относитс  к сварке термопластичных материалов и может быть использовано в упаковочной техника, примен емой в различных, отрасл х народного хоз йства.
Цель изобретени  - повышение качества сварки за счет точности и стабильности температуры нагревани  газа-теплоносител .
На чертеже схематично показано устройство дл  сварки пакетов из те 1мош1астичньгх материалов газом- теплоносителем.
Устройство содержит трубку 1 дл  (звода газа в камеру 2 с нагрева тельпыми элементами (не показаны). Камера 2 с помощью трубопровода 3 сообщаетс  с дополнр1тельной камерой 4, 1-1меющей нагревательные элементы (не .показаны) и установленной на выходе из камеры 2 в непосредственной близости от свариваемого материала пакета.
На выходе из дополнительной Ко меры 4 размещен патрубок 5 с отверсти ми дл  подачи нагретого газа к месту сварки, т.е. на горловину пакета. При этом йатрубок 5 имеет датчик 6 контрол - температуры, например термопару, котора  св зана с нагревательными элементами дополнительной камеры 4. Камера 2 по своим размерам и количеству установленных в ней нагревательных элементов значительно превосходит дополнительную камеру 4 и, соответственно, имеет большую мощность нагрева и обладает большей инерционностью.

теплоносителем работает следующим образом.
Сжатый газ-теплоноситель посто нно подаетс  через трубку 1 в камеру 5 2 и нагреваетс  в ней до температуры , т.е. ему сообщаетс  примерно 90% тепла от общего количества тепла, необходимого дл  обеспечени  качественной сварки.Изменени 
0 температуры в пределах 130f10°C в камере 2 происход т вследствие того, что на стабильность температуры в ней существенно вли ют такие факторы , как больша  ее инерционность и - 15 св занна  с нею сложность быстрой
и точной регулировки температуры, а также измен ющиес  давление и температура подаваемого газа при входе в камеру 2, изменени  условий внеш20 ней среды, потери тепла в трубопроводах и т.п. Нагретый таким образом г  - через трубопровод 3 поступает в дополнительнзпо камеру 4, в которой осуществл етс  дополнительньй
25 нагрев газа-теплоносител , а также точное регулирование его температуры в минимальных допустимых пределах 11°С за счет меньшей инерционности самой камеры 4 и наличи 
30 в установленном на ее выходе патрубке 5 датчика 6 контрол  температуры, св занного с нагревательными элементами камеры 4.
Далее нагретый газ-теплоноситель через отверсти  в патрубке -5 поступает на свариваемую поверхность, например на горловину пакета 7, изготовленного из термопластичного Q материала.

  1. УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ СВАРКИ ПАКЕТОВ ИЗ ТЕРМОПЛАСТИЧНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ ГАЗОМ-ТЕПЛОНОСИТЕЛЕМ, содержащее
    Сжатый \ газ камеру с нагревательными элементами, патрубок для подачй нагретого газа к месту сварки и трубку для ввода газа в камеру, отличающееся тем, что, с целью повышения качества сварки, устройство снабжено дополнительной камерой меньшей мощности с нагревательными элементами, установленной на выходе из основной камеры, при этом патрубок для подачи нагретого газа к месту сварки размещен на.выходе из дополнительной камеры и снабжен датчиком контроля температуры, связанным с нагревательными элементами дополнительной камеры.
