Abstract
Диаметр капилл рной трубки беретс заведомо меньшим удвоенного радиуса мениска, характеризующего аД- гезию жидкости к материалу капилл ра . 2 ил. i (ЛThe invention allows to simplify the installation and operation of the device by eliminating the pipeline that is lower in relation to the vessels. The vessels installed in the control points of the object from above are connected by a gas tube, inside which a liquid cut is placed, which is made up in the form of a bundle of capillary tubes from a material wettable by a liquid. Both vessels are partial, and the capillaries are completely filled with working tinted liquid. If there is precipitation or tilt of the object, the vessels will appear at different heights and under the action of the difference in hydraulic pressure, the liquid will flow through the capillary tubes from the vessel at a higher level into the lower one. The diameter of the capillary tube is taken by the obviously smaller double radius of the meniscus, which characterizes the adhesion of the liquid to the material of the capillary. 2 Il. i (L

Изобретение относитс к геодезическому приборостроению, в частной- ти к устройствам дл гидростатического нивелировани .The invention relates to a geodetic instrument making, in particular to devices for hydrostatic leveling.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the installation and operation of the device by eliminating the pipeline that is lower in relation to the vessels.
1.FIG. 1 shows a general view of the device; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one.
The device contains vessels 1 and 2, installed in the control points of the object 3, connected by an external gas tube 4 connecting the upper gas cavities of the vessels, and an internal liquid tube 5 placed inside it, made in the form of a beam of capillary tubes 6. The vessels are partially up to fl levels , and H, and the capillary p 6 is completely filled with the working fluid 7. Tinted alcohol is used as the working fluid, and vessels 1 and 2 are made on the basis of standard glass cans. The capillaries 6 are made of cellulose, the gas tube 4 is made of plastic. This design provides visual monitoring of the installation and operation of the device. The outer pelvic tube 4 is equipped with a process tube 8, with which it is possible to vary the pressure and composition of the combined gas cavity.
The device works as follows.
When vessels are filled with working fluid 7, they are placed at different levels. The liquid is poured through the lower vessel to ensure that the capillaries 6 are completely filled with the working fluid. After the capillary is filled, the vessels are set at the same height and the height of the liquid in the co-vessels is adjusted to the initial level. The vessels are fixed at the control points of the object and the initial level of the fluid is fixed.
If there is precipitation or tilt of the object, 3 vessels will appear at different
1). В сосудах жидкостьheight. The hydraulic pressure of the fluid at the ends of the capillaries will become different, and under the action of the pressure difference, the dislocation of a higher-positioned vessel will flow through the capillaries into the vessel located below (Fig. 1). Liquid in the vessels

3.will be established at the new levels of Н .and Н, which allows to judge about the magnitude of the sediment or slope of the object 3.
A necessary condition for the operation of the device is that the greatest excess of the upper part of the tube 5 above the liquid level in
На практике выполнение этого услови не представл ет сложности, поскольку превьш ение трубки 5 над уровнем жидкости в сосудах обычно имеет величину менее vessels should be less than the height of the free rise of fluid in the capillaries. The height of the fluid in the capillary circular section is mainly curled from the adhesion of the fluid to the material of the capillary and from its diameter. The adhesion is characterized by the radius of the meniscus of the city. Therefore, the diameter of the capillaries is obviously smaller than the double radius of the meniscus. In practice, the implementation of this condition is not difficult, since the tube 5 above liquid level in vessels usually has a value less than
ра, а, например, в капилл ре из целлюлозы с внутренним диаметром 0,125 мм спирт поднимаетс на высоту 12,8 м.ra, and, for example, in a capillary made of cellulose with an internal diameter of 0.125 mm, the alcohol rises to a height of 12.8 m.
