Description
The invention relates to energy and can be used on boilers burning atomized fuel.
The aim of the invention is to increase reliability by preventing the heat insulation from peeling, chipping and weathering and to simplify repair work.
-1.FIG. 1 shows a burner, a longitudinal cut; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. -one.
The burner contains an annular fuel channel 1 and a finned heat pipe 2 placed along its axis with an evaporation zone 3 located in the exit section of the fuel channel 1 and covered with a thermal insulation layer 4 and with a condensation zone 5 at the opposite end. The heat pipe 2 is enclosed in sleeve b, and its fins 7 are made in the form of swirl blades located on the outer surface of the sleeve 6. The condensation zone 5 of the heat pipe 2 is out of the fuel channel 1 and is equipped with pressure sensors 8 and thermocouples. The sleeve 6 is fixed in the fuel channel 1 by means of ribs 7. The condensation zone 5 brought out of the limits of the fuel channel 1 is fastened to it by means of a coupling (nut) 9. A circular air supply channel is located around the fuel channel 1.
The burner works as follows.
Смесь прогреваетс и загораетс .Fuel is fed into channel 1, flows into the volume of the combustion chamber, where it is mixed with air entering through the channel. The mixture warms up and burns.
The fuel is heated by flue gases ejected by the stream flowing from the burner.
The aerodynamic feature of the burner is the flare opening, which is achieved by twisting the air and fuel flows in the inlet snails and swirl blades of the fins 7. As a result, it becomes possible for the hot flue gases to directly access the fuel flow in the center of the jet near the burner mouth.
1.Opening the torch reduces the heating time of the fuel particles, increases the stability of ignition and combustion. The resulting significant heat fluxes to the central part of the burner are sensed by the evaporation zone 3 of the heat pipe 2 and transferred to the condensation zone 5, and then by the ribs 7 and removed from the latter by the flow of fuel in the channel 1.
Additional heating of fuel particles in channel 1 provides an additional increase in the stability of their ignition in the furnace.
9.Installing the evaporative zone 3 of the heat pipe 2 in the sleeve 6, filled with thermal insulation layer 4, significantly increases reliability by reducing chipping and eliminating weathering of the insulation. This in turn extends the service life of the heat pipe by reducing the incidence of burnout. The installation of sensors 8 allows monitoring the state of the working medium of the heat pipe, preventing its overheating. Replacement of heat pipes is possible on a working burner by disconnecting the coupling 9.
