00 00 1 1 The invention relates to hydrolysis. industry, in particular, to devices for cercolonic hydrolysis of plant raw materials. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the apparatus by reducing the time for heating the raw material, percolating and squeezing the hydrolyzate. V Fig. 1 schematically shows an apparatus for percolation hydrolysis of plant raw materials; the section in Fig. 2 is a section A-A in Fig. 1. The apparatus for percolation hydrolysis of plant materials contains a cylindrical body 1 with a conical bottom 2, a pipe 3 supplying raw materials, a pipe 4 supplying cooking acid for wetting the material, a pipe 5 supplying cooking acid to cooking through a central pipe 6, a pipe 7 unloading lignin, internal perforated filter tubes 8 located along the perimeter on the length of the cylindrical part of the body 1 at a distance from its wall 1 / 3-1 / 4 of the size of the body radius. The ends of the perforated filter tubes 8 are connected to the outlet nozzles 9 and 10 for draining the hydrolyzate. In the lower cylindrical part of the housing 1 and in the conical bottom 2, short perforated filter pipes 11 and 12 are installed along its perimeter. Short perforated pipes 11 and 12 are connected to outlet pipes 13 and 14. The central pipe 6 ends at the junction of the cylindrical and conical parts of the housing 1 apparatus. The device works as follows. Vegetable raw materials are loaded through the nozzle 3 into the housing 1 and at the same time the cooking acid is fed to the irrigation through the nozzle 4. After loading the apparatus, the nozzle 3 is closed with a lid and through three systems - the central pipe 6, perforated filter pipes 8, 11 and 12. is hot steam for heating the raw material. Due to the uniform arrangement in the height and cross section of the apparatus of the steam supply zones, i.e. perforated filter tubes 8, central tube 6, and tubes 11 and 12, fast and uniform heating of acid-impregnated raw materials is achieved. After the steam is supplied and the raw material is heated, the cooking acid begins to be supplied through the central pipe 6, perforated pipes 11 and 12, and percolation hydrolysis takes place. The hydrolyzate is removed through filter pipes 8 located at a distance of 1/3-1 / 4 size the radius of the apparatus, while achieving uniform distribution of cooking acid. An increase in the percolation rate is achieved due to an increased filtration surface during the selection of the hydrolyzate and ensuring the direction of flow from the bottom up. After the end of the percolation process, hot water is supplied to the apparatus and the remaining hydrolyzate is squeezed out according to schemes that accelerate the pressing of the liquid; first through the perforated filter tubes 8 and the perforated tubes 11 and 12, and then as the level decreases, through the central tube 6 and the perforated tubes 11 and 12 and finally through the perforated tubes 12 installed in the conical part of the apparatus case. After spinning is complete, open the nozzle 7 and the lignin is discharged from the apparatus. The proposed apparatus for percolation hydrolysis of plant raw materials provides increased productivity by reducing the time for heating the raw material, percolating and squeezing the hydrolyzate by uniformly distributing cooking acid, increasing the filtration surface and providing directional flow from bottom to top.
