I The invention relates to isohydric crystallization from solutions in ohlidization and may find application in industrial zones using crystallization. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity due to dual circulation of the suspension. The drawing shows the offer mold, cut. The bubble mold contains a housing 1, in the middle part of which there is a contact element 2, and an clarifier 3 is connected to the upper part, the lower part of which is connected to the housing 1 by a drain pipe 4. Under the contact element 2 there is a bubbler 5 made of perforated fluoroplastic pipes to eliminate the possibility of overgrowing holes with salt. Separator 6 is connected to the housing part of the housing with a gas-lift circulation pipe 7. The mold is equipped with nozzles for introducing the initial solution 8, pulp outlet 9, withdrawal of the clarified solution 10, gas outlet 11 and 12, input and output of refrigerant 13 14, gas supply to the gas lift 15. The mold works as follows. The initial solution with a temperature close to the temperature of the end, the cut pipe 8 tangentially flowed into the housing 1, where it is mixed with 422 large amounts of the circulating from top to bottom suspension. The initial solution is cooled by the circulating suspension and becomes slightly supersaturated. The suspension goes to the separator 6, where large crystals are collected at the bottom of the separator due to the change in speed, direction of movement and under their own weight and removed through the pipe 9 to filter, and the fine crystals with fine crystals are fed through a gas-lift circulation pipe 7 , in the middle part of the housing 1, where a part of the solution moves upwards into the contact element 2 in the gas-liquid flow created by the bubbler 5, and the main part is directed downwards, dragging the descending crystals from above zone of the mold. By adjusting the density of the lower circulating stream by means of a gas-lift pipe 7, optimum conditions for the crystallization process are created. The gas-liquid suspension passes through the contact element 2, where intensive heat and mass transfer processes take place in the emulsification mode. In the upper part of the crystallizer, the gas is separated from the suspension, the latter is sent to the clarifier 3, where the clarified solution is discharged through the nozzle 10 from the crystallizer, and the suspension through the discharge pipe 4 is directed to the middle of the crystallizer.
