1 The invention relates to a pulsed technique and can be used in the design of impulse automation devices in the millisecond and in-band ranges in the integral performer. The purpose of the invention is to extend the frequency range towards infra-low frequencies by using the process of current decay through the photoresistor of the optocoupler after the light flux from its LED stops and by controlling the state of the field-effect transistor with this current. The drawing shows a circuit diagram of the device. An optoelectronic generator contains a bipolar 1 and field 2 transistors, a first optocoupler with a photoresistor 3 and a LED 4, a second optocoupler with a LED 5 and a photoresistor 6, resistors 7-11. The gate of transistor 2 through a resistor 7 is connected to the first power line 12 and through a photoresistor 6 to the second power line 13 to which the emitter of transistor 1 and the output of resistor 8 are connected, the other output of which is connected to the base of transistor 2 through a resistor 10 and to the bus 12 through the photoresistor 3. The LEDs 4 and 5 are connected in the conductive direction successively with a resistor 9 between the collector of transistor 1 and the bus 12, to which the source of transistor 2 is connected. The resistor 11 is connected in parallel with the LED 5. Optoelectronic the generator works with the euki way. When power is applied to bus 12 through an open n-type channel 3. the transistor 2 and the resistor 10 to the base transistor, 1 will flow current, and when the voltage drop across the resistor 8 exceeds - the operation voltage of the bistable circuit, executed on the transistor 1, the LEDs 4 and 5, the resistors 9 and 11 and the photoresistor 3, the bistable circuit turns on and LED 5 will begin to emit light. In this case, the resistance of the photoresistor 6 decreases, and the resistance of the channel of the transistor 2 increases, as the resistor 7 and, accordingly, the blocking voltage is applied to the gate of the transistor, torus 2. When the voltage drop across resistor 8 becomes less than Uf, the 5b bistable circuit turns off and the LED 5 stops emitting light. When transistor 2 returns to its initial state (the resistance of its channel decreases), the voltage drop across resistor 8 will become larger and the process will be repeated again. The cycle time depends on the resistance of the resistor 7 and the constant time of the current decay of the photoresistor 6. Moreover, the greater the resistance of the resistor 7, the longer the process. Since the input impedance of the transistor 2 is large (tens of MΩ), the maximum resistance of the resistor 7 can be commensurate with it. This makes it possible, by changing the resistance of the resistor 7, to vary the pulse frequency from the millisecond to the minute range. In addition, by varying the resistance of the resistor 11, it is possible to change the luminescence time of the LED 5, and therefore the duration of the pulses.
