Description
The invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for prosthetics of the ureter.
5The aim of the invention is the provision of active excretion of urine. 5
In Fig.? and 2 illustrate embodiments of an ureteral prosthesis.
The ureter prosthesis according to the first embodiment (_Fig. 1) contains an elastic channel 1 with cuffs 2 for fixing 10 into the ureter tract, built-in valves 3, a rigid body 4 connected by a tube 5 to an elastic bag 6. The prosthesis body according to another variant (Fig. 2) is made of sections 715 and 8, and the bag is in the form of a sectioned bellows 9, partitions 10 and 11 of which are connected through one to the drive rod 12. Each section 13 and 14 of the bellows is connected through tubes 20 15 and 16 to the corresponding section 7 and 8 corps.
25Work with the prosthesis of the ureter according to the first embodiment (figure 1) is as follows. 25
1 .I After removal of the affected area of the ureter, channel 1 is connected to the crossed ends of the ureter, 1 stitching the latter with the cuffs 2, then a diaphragm flap is cut out and a pocket is formed from it, into which an elastic bag 6 connected to the space 17 is placed between the body 4 and channel 1, tube 5, which is placed retroperitoneally. The space ^ 17, bag 6 and tube 5 are filled with liquid, therefore, at the moment of inhalation, the walls of the pocket from the diaphragm will contract by compressing the bag 6, which leads to compression of channel 1 and urine pushing towards the bladder. At the moment of exit, the walls of the pocket relax, the fluid from the space 17 rushes into the bag 6, at this moment the urine from the overlying sections of the ureter enters the channel 1.
Work with another version of the prosthesis · (figure 2) is as follows.
The partitioned channel with the body is fixed into the ureter tract using one of the described methods. The frame 18 is attached to the rib, and the rod 12 to the cut diaphragm flap. When reducing the diaphragm, the rod pulls the baffle 10 ,. while the fluid pressure rises in section 7 and decreases in section 8, urine is pushed towards the peripheral portion of the channel, when the diaphragm is relaxed in section 7, the pressure drops, and in section 8 rises, urine is pushed out of the prosthesis towards the bladder and at the same time the central section of channel 1 is filled with a new portion of urine. It is possible to attach the frame 18 to the vertebra, and the rod 12 to the rib, since when breathing, the angle of the rib does not change with respect to the spinal column.
Предлагаемый искусственный протез мочеточника позволяет обеспечить активное выведение мочи, что положительно сказывается на работе почек .The proposed artificial ureter prosthesis allows for the active removal of urine, which positively affects the work of the kidneys.
