Abstract
1. УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ОХЛАЖДЕНИЯ ЭЛЕКТРОННОЙ АППАРАТУРЫ, содержащее коллекторы и теплообменники с каналами дл охлаждающей среды и радиаторами , радиаторы блоков, попарно соединенные между собой теплопроводными щинами и установленные между теплообменниками с возможностью теплового контакта с их радиаторами, и несущие монтажные платы дл размещени блоков, установленные между радиаторами блоков на теплопроводных щинах, отличающеес тем, что, с целью повышени эффективности охлаждени и ремонтопригодности, оно снабжено закрепленными между радиаторами блоков и радиаторами теплообменников многослойными прокладками, слои каждой из которых выполнены из пластичного материала с разными величинами коэффициента в зкости и расположены в пор дке уменьщени коэффициента в зкости в направлении контактировани радиаторов блоков и радиаторов теплообменников. 2.
