Description
Изобретение относитс к автомати ческим бесступенчатым передачам, предназначенным дл транспортных средств. Цель изобретени - повьшение надежности работы и обеспечение посто ного зазора между ремнем и дисками ведущего шкива в режиме холостого хода. На чертеже изображена ведома и ведуща части бесступенчатой силовой передачи дл транспортных средс Бесступенчата силова передача дл транспортных средств содержит реверсивное звено 1 с ведущим валом 2, соединенным подвижно в осевом направлении с валом 3 двигател 4. Реверсивное звено 1 установлено под вижно на направ.г: ющих 5 и подпружинено пружиной 6, На ведомом валу 7 реверсивного звена установлен ведущий шкив с неподвижным 8 и подвижным 9 дисками, на каждом из кото рых установлены с возможностью вращени на подшипниках 10 ограничител ные втулки 11 с конусным профилем д ремн 12.На ведущем щкиве установле центробежный механизм 13 осевого пе мещени подвижного диска 9.Ведущий шкив через ремень 12 соединен с ведомым шкивом 14, диски каждого жестко св заны между собой и установлены на ведомом валу 15 передачи. Бесступенчата силова передача работает следующим образом. Движение через вал 3 двигател 4 и ведущий вал 2 реверсивного звена передаетс на его ведомый вал 7 и через него на диски 8 и 9 ведущего шкива. При этом на холостом ходу ремень 12 своими боковыми поверхност ми размещен в ограничительных втулках 11 и не взаимодействует с дисками 8 и 9, вследствие чего передачи последней нагрузки не происходит. При увеличении частоты вращени ведущего шкива центробежный механизм 13 перемещает подвижный диск 9 до соприкосновени с ремнем 12. При дальнейшем перемещении подвижного диска 9 ремень зажимаетс между дисками 8 и 9 и передает полезную нагрузку на ведомый шкив 14. При этом посто нное нат жение ремн 12 обеспечиваетс на всех диапазонах регулировани пружиной 6.This invention relates to automatic continuously variable transmissions intended for vehicles. At the same time, at idle, the belt 12 with its side surfaces is placed in the limiting bushings 11 and does not interact with the disks 8 and 9, as a result of which the transfer of the last load does not occur. When the driving pulley increases in rotational speed, the centrifugal mechanism 13 moves the movable disk 9 until it touches the belt 12. As the movable disk 9 moves further, the belt is clamped between the disks 8 and 9 and transfers the payload to the driven pulley 14. A constant tension of the belt 12 is ensured on all spring control ranges 6.
