1 The invention relates to devices for handling thin sheets and is an improvement to the device according to the authors. No. 971752. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device in operation. Figure 1 schematically shows the device, a general view; FIG. 2, section A-A in FIG. in FIG. 3, node I in FIG. The device for single-sheet feeding contains a separating roller 1 mounted on a frame with friction rims 2, a feed roller 3 mounted below it and a restricting plate consisting of a vertical 4 and a horizontal 5 part in contact with the feed roller 3, and a gap adjustment unit between the section 1 and feed 3 rollers (not shown). The separating 1 and feeding 3 rollers are provided with metal pads 6 and 7 located one against the other. The feeding roller 3 is equipped with additional friction tracks 8, which is located with the possibility of contact with the horizontal part 5 of the limiting plate. The holder 9 rests on both parts 4 and 5 restrictive platinum. The base of the foot is placed on the conveyor belts 10, the envelope of the feed roller 3 and the eccentric pulleys 11. The ring grooves of the feed roller 3 have a depth that prevents the conveyor belts 10 from contacting the horizontal part 5 of the restrictor plate. The separating roller sits on the shaft 12, the feed roller on the shaft 13, and the pins 11 on the shaft 14. The device operates as follows. The feet of the sheets (Fig. 1) are placed in the Stopper Holder 9 in such a way that the front side of the foot rests on both parts 4 and 5 of the restrictor plate. The base of the foot is placed on the conveyor belts 10. The rotation of the drive is transmitted to the shaft 12 of the separating roller 1 and also to the shaft 14. with eccentric pulleys 11, which by means of the belts 10 convey 62 the rotation to the feed roller 3, fixed in bearings on the axis. The eccentric pulleys 11, together with the conveyor belts 10, agitate the stack of sheets, thereby reducing the adhesion force between the sheets in the stack and improving the subsequent separation of the sheets. Since the force of friction between the bottom sheet of the foot and the conveyor belts 10 is greater than the force of friction between the sheets in the foot, the lower sheet is slipped out of the tape by the tapes and directed into the gap between the separating 1 and feed 3 rollers 2 separating roller 1 rotating towards the movement of the sheets, while the remaining sheets are oriented along the profile of the movable part of the restriction plate. The bottom sheet of the foot (fig. 2), moved by the conveyor belts 10, is picked up by friction clutches of the feed roller 3 and fed by them through the gap between the scissors 2 and 6 separating 1 and the slides 8 and 7 of the feed 3 rollers equal to or slightly larger sheet thickness. In this case, the moving sheet falls under the movable horizontal part 5 of the limiting plate, squeezes it from a pair of friction plates 8, and then itself presses it against these friction rims with a constant force. The sheet adhesion force by friction rims 8 of the feed roller 3 greatly exceeds the frictional force between the sheet and the friction rims 2 of the separating roller 1, as a result of which the sheet is withdrawn from the piece section through the gap between the separating 1 and the feed 3 rollers. And since the force of pressing the output sheet to both friction pads on the scoop 8 of the feed roller 3 is constant, the sheet comes out of the piece-by-piece compartment without tilting. In case of staying in the foot, doubled metal sheets, for example, glued together, metal 6 and 7 rollers 1 and 3 do not allow them to pass through the gap between the separating 1 and 3 feeding rollers.
