.The invention relates to instrumentation, in particular to weighing equipment, and can be used to automate various technological processes. The aim of the invention is to expand the measurement range by providing a dircrete-continuous mode of operation of an electromechanical transducer. The drawing shows a functional diagram of the measurement system and. accounting for the mass of bulk materials. The measurement system contains a mass flow meter consisting of a flow-sensitive impeller 1. placed in a housing 2 with inlet and outlet nozzles, and a torque sensor 3, registration unit 4, storage tank 5, electromechanical valve 6 with actuator 7, transporting member 8, the loading device 9 with the actuator 10, which supplies the material from the storage bin 11, the intermediate hopper 12 located above the process device 13, the level gauges 14-17 and the control unit 18 operation of the actuators 7 and 10. The measuring system and recording the mass of particulate material operates as follows. When the supply voltage is applied, the impeller 1 under the action of electrically driven water (not shown) begins to rotate at a constant angular velocity. If, at the beginning of the operation of the system, the intermediate bunker 12 is empty to the level of the level gauge J 7, the level gauge produces an electrical impulse and the control unit 18 switches on the actuator 7 opening the valve 6. The material from the bunker 5 begins to pour into the bunker 12. At the same time, it always passes through race meter The particles of the material fall on the blades of the impeller 1, receive an additional amount of movement and, reflected from the housing 2, flow through the outlet nozzle into the hopper 12. The moment of the amount of movement on the shaft of the impeller 1 is then converted into an output electric signal proportional to mass of the material summed by the rising total by the counter of block 4. The output section of the hopper 5 is selected so that the material flow through the flow meter is such that the amount at which the norpein is measured and the counting of the mass was minimal. When the material in the bunker 12 was set and monitored using a level 16 gauge, unit 18, by a command from this level gauge, closed the output section of the bunker with the help of an actuator 7 and valve 6. If by this time he emptied-. until the level of the level gauge 15, then, on command from the level gauge, the block 18 puts into operation with the help of the actuator 10 a loading device 9, which begins to supply the source material from the bunker 11 to the bunker 5 by means of the transporting organ 8. disabling the boot device 9, implemented using the same control unit 18. The material received in the intermediate bunker 12, the total mass of which has already been measured and taken into account with the help of a flow meter, can be consumed as intended with low consumption per unit time (10-100 g / s) determined by the device 13. The capacity of this bunker is selected based on specific operating conditions of the metering system: material consumption time (emptying of the hopper 12) by device 13: the mass accounting error of the latter during the reporting period (hour, shift, day) from the flowmeter metering circuit is acceptable for production GOVERNMENTAL conditions of its operation u unrecorded material balance in the output hopper 12 at the time of deprotection, indications, such as the end of a shift, with the counter unit 4 (the residue is taken into account during the further operation of the system); ensuring sufficient reliability of all system nodes for a given (calculated) number of inclusions (shutdowns) of actuators 7 and 10 during the reporting period. When the bunker 12 is primed up, the level gauge 17 and the control unit 18 again switch on the operation mechanism 7, and the cycle repeats. .
