The invention relates to photometry, and more specifically to methods for determining the characteristics of spectrophotometers (SCF),. and can be used for their testing and calibration. The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity and reduce the complexity of the process of determining the characteristics of the SCF. Figure 1 shows a setup diagram for determining the characteristics of a spectrophotometer according to the proposed method; Fig. 2 shows the graphical dependence of the optical characteristics of the spectrophotometer according to the proposed method. The essence of the proposed method consists in the following. To determine the characteristics or the calibration of the measuring instrument, input signals of a known magnitude are given and the corresponding output signals are measured. Based on the ratio of the input and output signals, the characteristics of the instrument are determined and graduated. When a spectrophotometer measures the signals reflected from an object, its output signal is determined by the formula o (1 S (d (1) where (1 is the spectral radiation flux density, S (hS is the relative spectral sensitivity of the radiation receiver; Л is the radiation wavelength. Spectral the radiation flux density is determined by the formula (p M - S (2) M is the luminosity of the object; S is the area of the object that filled the field of view of the object. For a two-component reflecting system, expression (2) has the form M, 8 "+ M S,. measuring signals from two-component systems consisting of white and black parts, the luminosity and area of which, respectively, M (5, and, the output signal of the spectrophotometer under constant illumination conditions (E const) is proportional to the area S., since, consecutively, the second term is negligible. Such By moving the screen in front of the spectrophotometer inlet, the surface of which is divided into two equal parts, white and black, you can get an output signal that depends only on the area of the reflecting surface. The boundary between the two parts must be straight, this allows you to not align the inlet with the dividing line and simplifies the determination of the characteristics of the spectrophotometer. Moving the screen relative to the spectrophotometer perpendicular to the straight-line interface and starting to measure from the moment when the field of view, the spectrophotometer is occupied by only one part of the screen, and ending the measurement when the field of view is filled with another part of the screen, set the whole range of input signals from minimum to maximum, thus obtaining a number of output signals. You can move perpendicular to the dividing line and the inlet of the spectrophotometer relative to the screen. The apparatus for determining the characteristics of a spectrophotometer according to the proposed method (FIG. 1) contains a field spectrophotometer 1, screen 2, divided into two parts. The screen is a plate, one half of the surface of which is coated with a uniformly applied magnesium oxide powder (MgO). The reflection coefficient of such a surface is 95%. The other half of the screen is a soot covered area. The reflection coefficient of such a surface is close to zero. The screen is set horizontally. Above it at the height H (about 1-1.5 m) the receiving device of the spectrophotometer is placed so that the structural elements do not darken the measurable part of the screen and that the line of sight is perpendicular to the line i of the center on the screen. The control of the horizontal position of the screen is carried out by level. The movement is carried out discretely with an arbitrarily selected, but constant in size, discretization step. When moving, they take the initial position when the field of view of the spectrophotometer is filled with the black part of the screen. When determining the wavelength, it is not necessary to move until the field of view of the spectrophotometer is filled with the white part of the screen. In the process of moving, the output signals of the spectrophotometer are measured at fixed values of the screen displacement. Based on the data obtained, the graphical dependence of the relative magnitude of the output signals of the spectrophotometer on the distance is constructed (Fig. 2). The resulting graphical dependence determines the distance that the screen dividing line has moved during the passage of the entire range of changes in the input signals of the spectrophotometer, from the minimum to the maximum. This distance determines the diameter of the circle corresponding to the field of view of the receiving device of the spectrophotometer. From the known mounting height of the receiving device over the screen and the obtained value of the diameter of the field of view, the field angle of view of the receiver of the spectrophotometer is calculated using the formula C6 2 arctg2jj, (/ О where oi is the field angle of view of the receiving device; d is the diameter of the circle corresponding to the field of view of the receiver devices in this measurement geometer; H is the installation height of the receiving device of the spectrophotometer above the screen. The determination of the error is carried out as follows: Based on the obtained value of the diameter of the circle, which is visible to the receiver, From the height H, the spectrophotometer calculates the area of the circle and the area of the segments cut off by the black field from the white circle at the points corresponding to the sampling steps in which the measurements were taken. Having taken the area of the white circle for 100%, the areas of the segments are calculated in percentages t on the graphical dependence (Fig.), and thus get a theoretical curve of changing the area of the white part of the screen while gradually trimming it with the black part. In the presence of an ideal receiver, the change in luminance of the floor of the screen would be subject to the same law as the change in the area of a circle. Due to the non-ideality of the SCF receiver, the curves obtained experimentally differ from the ideal theoretical curve. The maximum deviation of the experimental values from the theoretical values determines the magnitude of the error of the spectrophotometer. Compared with prototype (4), this method allows to determine not only the systematic error of the instrument, but also the angle of sight of the instrument. By simply moving the inlet of the spectrophotometer and the screen perpendicular to the screen dividing line into two parts, it is possible to get at least two instrument characteristics and calibrate it in one move from the black part to the white part. There is no need to adjust the entrance slit of the spectrophotometer relative to any lines on the screen.
