This invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to brake wheels for railway transport devices. The purpose of the invention is to improve the operating conditions by ensuring the immutability of the wheel profile specified at the initial moment of its operation. Fig. 1 schematically shows a cast iron, a brake shoe of a railway rolling stock paired with an associated wheel with a banded wheel in Fig. 2, a view A in Fig. 1. The brake block is made of cast iron and consists of the body 1 and the friction part 2. The friction part 2 interacts with the rim of the wheel 3 with its working friction surface, and the working surface is evenly distributed along the entire length and is divided by the full transverse grooves in the form of cavities 4 solid, hard, sharp, edges 5, set in relation to the wheel With the possibility of removal over its entire length to a given (zero, i.e., initial) profile of the wheel, its unworn material. The property form of such removal of the unworn material of the wheel is the process of its cutting, for which the sharp part of the cutting edge 5 is appropriately executed or installed. The width of the friction part 2 of the brake pad is equal to the width of the entire wheel 3 so that the profile of the grooves on it with the cutting edges 5 is made to fit the entire profile of the wheel. Such a completed grooves pattern allows for the operation of the brake pad to affect the entire wheel profile. This will ensure the invariance of the above mentioned profile of wheel 3, specified at the beginning of time. For the same purpose, the recurring edges 5 are made continuous, continuous, of a material with high abrasive properties. Moreover, as an economy of the doped material used for these purposes, the cutting edges 5 are made of abrasive material, for example, of homogeneous bleached cast iron. The valleys 4 (or grooves) of the brake pads are made through in cross section so that the chips from the wheel being cut by the cutting edges 5 can be freely removed from the friction interaction zone of the friction part 2 of the brake pad. In addition, the implementation of the hollows 4 through improves cooling of interacting with each other. other friction surfaces due to removal from the zone of interaction of the exerted heat. The concave contour of the cutting edges 5, depicted in plan (Fig. 2) with elliptical curves concave to each other, is directed towards the formation of a certain pocket under the chips ejected from under the cutting edge 5, which helps prevent the latter from falling between the working surface of the friction part 2 and the working surface of the wheel 3, i.e. elimination of the distortion of the wheel profile 3. The concavity of the cutting edges -5 reduces the effort due to cutting off a part of the unworn wheel meta 3, especially along the edges of the wheel, which will improve the conditions for excluding wheel rental. Brake pad works as follows. In the process of braking the rolling stock, i.e. during the interaction of the friction part 2 with the wheel 3, the flanges 5 are removed from the surface, the wheel 3 rolls a part of the metal that is not subject to rolling wear, which leads to the restoration of the geometric shape of the wheel rolling surface 3. By changing the number of depressions and, accordingly, the number of cutting the edges and their location achieve the necessary abrasive properties of the brake pad. The exclusion of wheel rental will make it possible to increase the efficiency of diesel locomotives and railways by 25%, increase the weight, speed of trains with these brake pairs, and increase transportation by 1.5 times. It will allow to increase the productivity of repair plants by 25% (due to the increased durability of brake pairs). view A
