Предлагаема конструкци электролизера позвол ет повысить точность дозировани и равномерность распреде лени глинозема по периметру ванны электролизера, автоматизировать загрузку бункера-дозатора глиноземом, устранить температурные деформации бункера, повысить технологичность по конструкции, улучшить компоновку электролизера и удобство его обслуживани .The invention relates to the electrolytic production of aluminum and can be used in the construction of electrolyzers with a top current with a tokopod water and a self-firing anode. The aim of the invention is to improve the uniform distribution of the alumina charge around the entire perimeter of the electrolyzer and the metering accuracy. In FIG. 1 shows an electrolysis cell with a self-igniting anode. in fig. 2, the node T in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows sections A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 2; in fig. 5 is a diagram of how alumina is delivered to metering bins. The electrolyzer contains electrolyte crusting mechanism 2 beams 1 installed on each side of the anode and mounted on suspensions 3 with the possibility of adjustable vertical displacement of metering hoppers 4 supported by a bottom with a slot 5 to release alumina to the corresponding pressure beam. The metering hopper 4 is made in the form of a box, consists of sections 6 in the upper part, is closed by a crutch 7 of gas-permeable material, for example metal twill weave, and by pipe 8 is connected to the supply tank 9 for alumina located above the top level of the electrolysis bath its limits. The discharge end of the pipeline 3 is fixed on the upper edge of the longitudinal wall of the metering hopper on the side opposite to the anode, and the discharge openings are installed. Inside the bunker for the fluidization of alumina on the inner surface of the pipeline 8 there is an air duct 10, filled in the form of a perforated pipe 11, closed Case 12 of gas-tight material. On the longitudinal edge of the pushing beam 1, on the side opposite to the anode, a guide visor 13 is installed perpendicular to the large base, directing the filled alumina dose to the gap in the electrolyte crust. The device works as follows. Periodically, according to the technological procedure of the electrolysis process, alumina is loaded into the bunker and the electrolyte crust is destroyed with the aim of introducing another portion of alumina into the electrolyzer. In the initial position, the push-through beam 1 of the crust-pushing mechanism 2 is in the upper position and closes the slot of the hole 5 in the bottom of the metering hopper 4 with a large base of mass. When compressed air is supplied to the duct 10 with a pressure of 0.2 atm (20 kPa), alumina is in a fluidized state and from the supply tank 9 through the pipeline 8 reaches its first discharge opening. Then the alumina enters the first section of the metering hopper, and the compressed air through the gas-permeable clap 7 is discharged into the environment. As the sections 6 are filled, the first discharge opening of the pipeline 8 is blocked by alumina. Next, the bunker is filled through the next discharge opening of the pipeline, and so on until all the bunker sections are filled. After filling the hopper 4, all discharge openings of the pipeline 8 are blocked by alumina. At the same time, the pressure of compressed air in the pipeline increases and its pressure in the duct is automatically switched off. Upon completion of the filling of the bunker with a predetermined dose of alumina, the mechanism 2 of pushing the electrolyte peel is turned on and the pushing beam 1 is moved down. moving the pusher beam 1 downward, the metering hopper 4 moves together with it until it hangs on adjustable suspensions 3 (limiters for lowering the metering hopper). The pressure beam 1, continuing to descend, reaches the electrolyte crust, destroys it and at the same time opens a delta hole in the bottom of the metering hopper. At the same time, the entire dose of alumina is poured out of the cavity of the bunker and the guiding visor 13 is directed towards the anode, providing a complete gap of alumina into chips pressed into the electrolyte crust. Then, the push bar 1 by mechanism 2 is raised. Lift, the bursting beam reaches the bunker, closes the slot in the bottom of it, and then raises the bunker to its original position. The process then repeats. The proposed design of the electrolyzer allows for improved metering accuracy and uniform distribution of alumina around the cell bath, automates the loading of the metering hopper with alumina, eliminates thermal distortions of the bunker, improves the manufacturability of the design, and improves the layout of the electrolyzer and its serviceability.
