Цель изобретени - уменьшение ширины пропила, снижение расхода алмаза, повышение производительности и упрощение конструкции. На фиг.1 показана канатна пила , общий ВИД} на фиг.2 - втулка, развертка на фиг.З - разрез А-А на фиг.1. Канатна пила включает бесконеч ный канат 1 и установленные на нем через интервалы алмазоносные режущие элементы 2 в виде втулки, сост щие из алмазных частиц и металличес кой св зки. На втулке 2 имеетс винтовой зазор 3, в котором размещено средство дл фиксации втулки к канату в виде м гкого припо 4, Сборку канатной пилы предложенной конструкции осуществл ют следу щим образом. Алмазоносный деформируемый листрвой прокат разрезают на отрезки Ввиде параллелепипеда, одна из гр ней которого (В на фиг.2) вл етс 112 длиной зазора 3, а друга (И) торцом втулки 2. При этом величину Н выбирают с возможностью образовани зазора 3 в зависимости от диаметра каната. Затем отрезок проката прогибанием надевают на канат 1, а зазор 3 заполн ют м гким припоем 4 с прихватном канате. Канатна пила работает следующим образом. Несущий канат 1 с жестко зафиксированными режущими элементами 2 приводитс во вращение при помощи приводного механизма канатной установки . Подача каната 1 осуществл етс путем его предварительного нат жени при помощи рабочих роликов.
