Изобретение относитс к фильтрованию и предназначено дл очистки жидкостей, в частности топлив и масел в системах двигателей внутренне го сгорани . Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности , процесса регенерации фильтрующих элементов за счет увеличени скорости промывного потока На фиг. 1 изображен фильтр в режиме фильтровани , продольный разрез; на фиг. 2 - фильтр в режиме регенерации, продольный разрезу на фиг. 3 - золотник; на фиг. 4 - сече ние на фиг. 3. Фильтр содержит корпус (не показан ) с несколькими фильтровальными камерам 1 и фильтрующими элементами 2 в них, патрубки подвода 3, вывода 4 рабочей жидкости и спус ка загр знений 5, воздушньш аккумул тор 6, распределительный механизм 7 дл вывода (шльтровальных камер 1 из цикла фильтровани с поворотHbLM механизмом 8, золотник 9 дл организации процесса регенерации фильтрующих элементов 2, располо- женьый внутри распределительного механизма 7. Золо.тник 9 выполнен с .продольным пазом 10, ограниченным тори,ом 11 со стороны его привода 1 Этот паз перекрывает своей длиной уровни размещени отверстий 13 и 14 распределительного механизма 7, при чем верхнее отверстие 13 размещено в зоне воздушного аккумул тора 6, а нижнее 14 - в кольцевой полости 15 очищенной жидкости. Золотник 9 имеет поворотный кэка низм 12 дл передачи золотнику 9 вращательного движени . В фильтровальной камере 1 имеютс двеполост полость 16 дл прохода загр знений рабочей жидкости к фильтрующему эле менту 2 и полость 17 - дл очищенной жидкости. Полость 16 загр зненн жидкости сообщаетс с патрубком 3 через дополнительную полость 18. Самоочищающийс фильтр работает следующим образом. При режиме фильтровани золотни 9 занимает положение, при котором отверсти 13 и 14 распределительно механизма 7 закрыты им. Фильтруема среда подаетс по патрубку подвода 3, откуда через полость 18 проходит, мину распред лительный механизм 7, в полость 16 По полости 16 жидкость проходит в фильтровальную камеру 1, где располо жен фильтрующий элемент 2. Проход в направлении снаружи - внутрь через фильтрующую перегородку, жидкость очищаетс и через полость 17 и кольцевую полость 15, оп ть таки мину ; распределительный механизм 7, проходит к патрубку вывода 4. Когда задержанные на поверхности фильтрующих элементов 2 частицы загр знений создают значительное гидравлическое сопротивление по сигналу датчика-манометра (датчики и блок управлени фильтра не показаны), поворотный механизм 8 вращает распределительный механизм 7, который достигает ближайшей фильтровальной камеры и отсоедин ет ее от цикла фильтровани . После этого начинаетс цикл регенерации данной фильтровальной камеры. При этом золотник 9 начинает вращатьс под действием привода,т.е. поворотного механизма 12. При совпадении вертикального паза 10 с отверстием 13 распределительного механизма 7 происходит сообщение воздушного аккумул тора 6 через паз 10 с полостью 17 очищенной жидкости. Сжатьш воздух устремл етс в )ильтровальную камеру 1 и при своем прохождении через фильтрующую перегородку очищает ее от задержанных продуктов фильтровани . Так. как золотник 9 вращаетс , то через.некотрое врем вертикальный паз 10 вькодит из совмещени с отверстием 13 и подача сжатого воздуха в камеру прекращаетс . При дальнейшем вращении золотника 9 вертикальньш паз 10 совмещаетс с отверстием 14. Через отверстие 14 и вертикальньй паз 10 из кольцевой полости 15 распределительного механизма 7 устремл етс поток фильтрата в по лость 17 дл обратной промывки фильтрующих элементов 2. Затем через некоторое врем отверстие 14 и тикальный паз 10 выход т из совмещени и вновь совмещаетс отверстие 13 с вертикальным пазом 10, Так цикл регенерации повтор етс несколько раз. Количество циклов зависит от степени загр знени фильтрующего элемента 2. После окончани необходимого количества циклов регенерации золотник 9 устанавливаетс в положение разобщени отверстий 13 и 14 распределительно- ;The invention relates to filtration and is intended for the purification of liquids, in particular fuels and oils in systems of internal combustion engines. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the process of regeneration of filter elements by increasing the speed of the washing flow. In FIG. 1 shows a filter in filtering mode, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - filter in regeneration mode, longitudinal section in FIG. 3 - spool; in fig. 4 is a cross section in FIG. 3. The filter contains a housing (not shown) with several filter chambers 1 and filter elements 2 in them, inlet pipes 3, output 4 of the working fluid and release of contaminants 5, an air accumulator 6, a distribution mechanism 7 for output (Schltrovy chambers 1 from the filtering cycle with rotation HbLM mechanism 8, spool 9 for organizing the process of regeneration of filter elements 2, located inside the distribution mechanism 7. The ash holder 9 is made with a longitudinal groove 10, limited by thorium, ohm 11 on the side of its drive 1 This groove is ne The length of the placement of the openings 13 and 14 of the distribution mechanism 7 is high, with the upper opening 13 located in the area of the air accumulator 6 and the lower 14 inside the annular cavity 15. The spool 9 has a rotatable angle 12 for transferring the rotary movement to the spool 9 In the filter chamber 1, there is a two cavity cavity 16 for the passage of contaminants of the working fluid to the filter element 2 and a cavity 17 for the purified liquid. The cavity 16 of the contaminated fluid communicates with the nozzle 3 via an additional cavity 18. The self-cleaning filter works as follows. In the filtering mode, the zolot 9 takes a position in which the holes 13 and 14 of the distributor mechanism 7 are closed by it. The filtered medium is supplied through the inlet pipe 3, from where it passes through the cavity 18, the distribution mechanism 7 goes to the cavity 16. Through the cavity 16, the liquid passes into the filter chamber 1 where the filter element 2 is located. The passage in the direction from the outside - inward through the filter septum, the liquid is cleaned through the cavity 17 and the annular cavity 15, again mine; the distribution mechanism 7 passes to the outlet nozzle 4. When soil particles retained on the surface of the filter elements 2 produce significant hydraulic resistance by a signal from the gauge gauge (sensors and filter control unit are not shown), the turning mechanism 8 rotates the distribution mechanism 7, which reaches the nearest filter chamber and disconnects it from the filter cycle. Thereafter, the regeneration cycle of the filter chamber begins. When this happens, the spool 9 begins to rotate under the action of the actuator, i.e. rotary mechanism 12. When the vertical groove 10 coincides with the hole 13 of the distribution mechanism 7, the air accumulator 6 is communicated through the groove 10 with the cavity 17 of the purified liquid. The compressed air rushes into the) intercalation chamber 1 and, when passing through the filter septum, cleans it from the delayed filtration products. So. As the spool 9 rotates, then through a short time, the vertical groove 10 turns out of alignment with the hole 13 and the supply of compressed air into the chamber stops. Upon further rotation of the spool 9, the vertical groove 10 is aligned with the hole 14. Through the hole 14 and the vertical groove 10 from the annular cavity 15 of the distributor mechanism 7, the filtrate flows into cavity 17 to backwash the filter elements 2. Then after some time, the hole 14 and tick the groove 10 comes out of alignment and the hole 13 is again aligned with the vertical groove 10, So the regeneration cycle is repeated several times. The number of cycles depends on the degree of contamination of the filter element 2. After the required number of regeneration cycles has been completed, the spool 9 is set to the position of disconnection of the holes 13 and 14 of the distribution-;
го механизма 7 с вертикальным пазом 10 (фиг. 1). Фильтровальна камера 1 готова к работе и распределительный механизм 7 начинаетmechanism 7 with a vertical groove 10 (Fig. 1). The filter chamber 1 is ready for operation and the distribution mechanism 7 starts
вращение к следующей камере и все действи повтор ютс . Таким образом, очищаютс все каме ры .rotation to the next camera and all actions are repeated. In this way, all the chambers are cleaned.
