The invention relates to saw heads of stone-cutting machines intended for cutting stone blocks out of a rock massif or sawing them, as well as cutting other building materials, and can be used in the mining, stone-working, woodworking and other industries. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability by providing a discrete feed. FIG. 1 shows the saw head of a stone-cutting machine, general view; in fig. 2 - section A-A in FIG. 1 The saw head of a stone-cutting machine comprises a housing 1, a basic actuator, made in the form of a flat frame 2, a cutting organ-3, a feed mechanism 4, an actuator made in the form of a crankshaft 5 with a crank pin 6 and a gear wheel 7 with a finger 8, wherein the gear wheel 7 is mounted on the shaft with the possibility of free rotation and is kinematically connected with the gear gear 9 of the feed mechanism, the crank pin 6 being connected to the finger 8 by a calibrated spring 10. On the frame 2, coaxially crankshaft shaft 5 gear installed 11, kinematically associated with a gear wheel 12. A saw head of a stone-cutting machine operates as follows. The torque from the shaft 5 through the drive sprocket is supplied to the slashing organ 3. At the same time, the shaft 5 with the crank pin 6 rotates relative to the wheel 7 with the finger 8, stretches the spring 10 and passes through it and the finger 8 a twisting alternating moment, periodically with a constant amplitude value. The specified torque is transmitted through the gearing of gear wheels 7 and 9 and 12 and 11 to the frame 2 bar, as a result of which the latter performs circular self-oscillatory movements relative to the housing 1, providing the elements of the cutting body 3 with preload (feed) to the sawn stone orthogonal to the direction of movement destructive elements with periodically varying force, not exceeding the forces specified by the deformable stretching spring 10. In this way, a vibratory supply of destructive elements, i.e. vibration cutting and automatic regulation (stabilization) of maximum values of workloads on destructive elements. When cutting a saw stone with a large local strength, the supply of destructive elements in the orthogonal to the working direction of their movement (thickness of the layer being destroyed) is automatically reduced, and when cutting less solid material, the feed and productivity increase. After the cutting of the saw stone is completed, the frame 2 of the bar is removed from the saw stone by turning it relative to the body 1 when the rotation shaft 5 is communicating to the shaft 5. In this case, the resistance to rotation of the frame 2 is absent, and synchronously with the shaft 5 the gear wheel 7 carried by the spring 10 rotates with the crank pin B, the gears 9, 12 and 11. When the forced rotation of the shaft 5 stops, the device comes to rest. To supply the frame 2 bar to the saw stone and the cutting process, the shaft 5 is reported to rotate in the direction of the arrow (Fig. 1) and the work cycle is repeated.
