Устройство для очистки пней содержит жесткое основание 1, на котором смонтирован общий приводной вал 2 двух поворотных многоцепных транспортеров 3 и 4. Поворот указанных транспортеров в вертикальной плоскости осуществляется с помощью гидроцилиндров 5 и 6, шарнирно установленных на основании 1. На транспортере 4 смонтировано выдвижное с помощью гидроцилиндра 7 очистное устройство 8, выполненное с очистными скребками 9. Для облегчения вращения пня и его более эффективной очистки на свободных концах скребков 9 установлены свободновращающиеся зубчатые диски 10. На одном из транспортеров, в данном случае на транспортере 4, скорости движения цепей разные из-за разных диаметров звездочек приводного вала 2. Наличие выдвижного устройства на одном иЗ транспортеров способствует частичному торможению пней необходимому для их качественной очистки. Кроме того, имея разные диаметры приводных звездочек цепи транспортера движутся с разной скоростью и в разных плоскостях, что тоже способствует более качественной очистке пня. После полной очистки пней транспортер 4 с помощью гидроцилиндра 6 опускается, уменьшая угол наклона к горизонту, и очищенные пни транспортером 4 сбрасываются в кучу или транспортерное средство. After complete cleaning of the stumps, the conveyor 4 by means of the hydraulic cylinder 6 is lowered, decreasing the angle of inclination to the horizontal, and the cleaned stumps by the conveyor 4 are dumped into a heap or conveyor means. Then, using the same hydraulic cylinder 6, the conveyor 4 rises to a certain position and the device is again ready for operation.
