Description

The invention relates to a container for the transport of goods, mainly to containers made of cardboard for large items.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the container and reduce the consumption of materials during its manufacture.

The container includes a housing with a rectangular base, formed by four walls fastened together, made of corrugated cardboard.

Made of plastic reinforcing bolt 1 is H-shaped with an outer rail 2, has incoming non-bendable ends 3. The length of the rail 2 together with the ends 3 is equal to the length of the container. The rim 4 of the outer strip 2 serves to provide a stable bond with the parts of the front wall. The strap 2 of the reinforcing gate I is connected by a jumper 5 (or two jumpers 5 and 6) to the inner strap 7. The lengths of the jumper 5 and the strap 7 are equal to the distance between the damper valves, the width of the jumper being equal to the thickness of the front wall 8, and the thickness of the strap 7 equal to the thickness of the stitched valve. This is advisable so that the bar does not protrude above the stitched valves, thereby eliminating the friction of the load loaded into the container against the walls and ensuring the required strength of the entire gate 1. It is advisable to fasten the bolt 1 through the ends 3 of the outer plate 2, for example, by flashing with metal brackets, to the stitching valves simultaneously with attaching the upper and lower parts of the front wall to these valves. Above it is the valve 11 with a height greater than the width of the container, the height of the valve back wall. The lower part 12 is provided with a valve 13 with a height equal to the height of the valve I. The main body blank has two side walls 14, equipped with upper and lower equal-height valves 15, with each being less than half the width of the container. These valves serve to form the bottom and the lid of the container in combination with the valves 11 and 13. The walls 14 are also provided with valves 16, which serve to fasten, for example, metal brackets, the main workpiece to the front wall. The back wall 17 is provided with a valve 18, equally high with valves 15 serving to form the bottom and lid of the containers in combination with other valves, as well as with lining-gates.

Use the container as follows.

The container is flattened out and form the bottom of the valves, then the container is placed on two pieces of winding (metal and the like) tape, and loaded. After that, a cover is formed from the valves and the tightening machine pulls on the ends of the wrapping tapes and fastens them to the lock.

The container has an increased strength of the front wall, consisting of 5 two parts mounted one above the other, can be reused.

Claims (2)

A CONTAINER FOR LARGE-SIZED PRODUCTS, comprising a body with a bottom, a lid and walls, the front wall made of two parts located one above the other, and the side walls equipped with stitching valves, characterized in that, in order to increase strength, the container is equipped with a closure H-shaped, consisting of the outer and inner slats and installed between the ends of the parts of the front wall, and the length of the outer strip does not exceed the width of the front wall. 2.
