1). Таким образом, во всех случа х изменени режима загрузки материала за счет гибкости эластичного патрубка и подпружиненного троса достигаетс больший контакт элементов 4 нижней щторки с потоком в сравнении с известными устройствами и тем самым повышаетс плотность запирани потока .The invention relates to industrial transport and can be used in the mining, chemical, construction and other industries. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. FIG. 1 - device, obsh, iy look, section; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. one; in fig. 4- node I in FIG. 1. The device contains a directional nozzle 1 with a bottom 2, a one-piece curtain made in the form of an elastic nozzle 3, and a lower curtain made of separate elements 4. The upper and side edges of the elastic nozzle 3 are fixed on the guide nozzle 1 with bolts 5. The shutter of the individual elements 4 is fixed on the lower edge of the flexible pipe 3 with bolts 6. Elements 4 of the lower curtain are provided with brackets 7 on the outside, through which the cable 8 is passed. Tension springs 9 are attached to the ends of the cable 8 with an adjustable stop made in the form of lanyards 10. The bulk material is loaded from the conveyor 11, and the distribution of the bulk material across the flow width is uneven. In a non-working state, when no bulk material is present in the nozzle, the lower shutter elements 4 rest against the bottom of the bottom .2 nozzle 1. The elastic nozzle 3 is partially deformed using cable 8 and turnbuckles 10 in such a way that it forms the lower edge relative to bottom 2 nozzle 1 gap, slightly exceeding the flow section of the bulk flow in the normal mode (in the absence of oversized materials). The shape of the lower edge of the elastic pipe 3 at the same time is close to the shape of the flow of bulk material. The device works as follows. When an uneven flow of bulk materials moves along the guide 1, the material deflects the corresponding elements 4 of the lower curtain, forming a gap between the bottom 2 of the socket 1 and the elements 4 of the lower curtain, and spills further down the road. At the same time, the lower edges of the individual elements 4 slide along the surface of the moving material, the flow of bulk materials, and the lower edge of the elastic pipe 3 also deflects and is adjacent to the flow in the zone of the side forming elements. If there are inclusions of oversized material in the flow, the latter, reaching the lower edge of the elastic nozzle 3, deflects it, forming a free gap between this edge and the surface of the bulk material. The elements 4 of the bottom gate still glide over the surface of the flow. Moving on, the oversized material deflects the corresponding elements of the bottom 4, through which atmospheric air can enter the gas path. The remaining elements 4 of the lower scraper close the gap between the lower edge of the elastic pipe 3 and the flow of material. Upon further movement of the oversized material in the flow and the elements 4 of the lower valve under the action of the cable 8 and springs 9 slide off the surface of the oversized material and then pressed to the surface of the stream, deforming the appropriately flexible pipe 3. The shape of the lower edge of the elastic pipe 3 varies depending on the shape flow due to the effect of the bottom 4 shutter elements 4 that are in direct contact with the bulk material. Due to this, the lower curtain elements 4 are oriented relative to the surface of the flow of bulk materials, thereby ensuring close mutual adherence of the lateral edges of the lower curtain elements 4 and a decrease in air leaks between them (see BB figure 1). Thus, in all cases of changing the material loading mode due to the flexibility of the elastic pipe and the spring-loaded cable, greater contact between the lower scraper elements 4 and the flow is achieved in comparison with the known devices, and thereby the flow blockage density is increased.
