This invention relates to a transport engineering industry and can be used in wheeled vehicles with a closed hydraulic brake drive. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of controlling the distribution of brake forces between axles. The drawing shows the hydraulic circuit of the brake system. It consists of the main brake | cylinder 1, communicated by pipeline 2 with the working brake cylinders 3 of the front wheels and pipeline 4 with a shut-off device 5 and hydraulic cylinder 6. Hydraulic cylinder 6 consists of body 7, plunger 8 placed in it, rod 9 and spring 10 The cam 9 is fixed to the cam 11. The retractor 5 consists of the housing 12, the follower sleeve 13 and the spool 14 pressed against the cam 11 by the spring 15. The channels 12 are made in the housing 12 19. The sleeve 13 forms the cavities 20 with the housing 12 and 21. In the cavity 21 is placed a spring 22 and a piston 23, Paul st below the piston 23 through a summing MESSAGE schena cylinder 24 and inductors 25 with reactive cylinder housing 26 are connected to the PTO Kuro vehicle, and the pistons are supports suspension springs. The shut-off device 5 is reported by pipeline 27c with the working brake cylinders of the back wheels. Channel 19 is in communication with pipeline 4 through a check valve 29. In track sleeve 13, channels 30 and 31 are made. The brake system works as follows. During braking, the fluid pressure from the master brake cylinder 1 is transmitted through pipeline 1 to the working cylinders 3 and through pipeline 4 to the cutting device 5 and the hydraulic cylinder 6. Under the pressure of the liquid, the plunger 8 is displaced, compressing 1842 spring 10 and peremestsa cam 11. Displacement The cam 11 causes the spool 14 to move against the spring force 15 by an amount determined by the profile of the cam 11. When the spool 14 moves, the pipe 4 is connected through channels 16, 30, 31 and 17 and the pipe 27 to the working brake cylinders of the rear wheels 2 8. At the same time, the fluid pressure is transmitted through channel 18 to cavity 20, which displaces the follower sleeve 13 against the force of spring 22. When the sleeve 13 moves by the amount of movement of the spool 14, channels 30 and 31 are uncoupled and the further pressure increase in the cylinders 28 stops. The shape of the pressure dependency curve in cylinders 28 versus pressure in cylinders 3 is determined by the cam profile 11, and its change depending on the degree of loading of the car — by the spring 22, which is pressed through the piston 23 by a pressure equal to the sum of the pressures in the cylinders 26. The pressures in the cylinders 26 can be In the general case, they are different (for example, when the load is asymmetrical), therefore, to estimate the load on the rear axle, the pressures are summed by the cylinder 24. The force exerted by the spring 22 must match the static load on the rear axle. The effect of dynamic short-term load redistribution between the axles is eliminated by the fact that the cylinders 26 communicate with the cylinder 24 through the throttles 25. Since the pressures in the cylinders 26 are determined only by force, not deformation of the suspension, changing the fluid during operation does not affect the cut-off characteristic devices that increase the reliability of controlling the distribution of braking forces.
