При несросщемс переломе трубчатой кости со смещением отломков по щирине, путем дистракции коййрессионно-дистракционным аппаратом, осуществл емой с целью стимул ции остеогенного процесса, достигают -перераст жени отломков по длине. По рентгенограмме определ ют плоскость и величину смещени отломка по щирине и рассчитывают необходимый угол проведени спицы. В св зи с расчетными данными в плоскости смещени отломка через кортикальный слой и центр линии перелома дистального отломка провод т спицу с опорным утолщением, после чего спицу провод т через центр линии перелома и кортикальный слой проксимального отломка. Осуществл ют т гу за спицу в направлении ее проведени , одновременно уменьщают дистракцию по длине. Отломки соприкасают в репонированном положении и создают компрессию. Спицу нат гивают и закрепл ют в компрессионно-дистракционном аппарате.
