The invention relates to the field of automation of technological processes associated with the assembly, stamping, picking and transportation of ferromagnetic parts, and can be used in various fields of technology, in particular when feeding parts under the gripper industrial robot. The purpose of the invention is to improve the performance of the device by means of the liver, the possibility of a set of parts from a multilayer flow and accuracy of fixation. FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed device; in FIG. 2, section A-A in FIG. one .. . The device for cassetting ferromagnetic parts contains a feed tray 1, for example, a vibrating channel and a magnetic system consisting of two magnets 2 and 3. The feed tray 1 is inclined before approaching the magnetic system and the shoulder 4 is made on one side of the magnetic system Tray 1 is mounted horizontally and there is an abutment 5 at its end. Magnets 2 and 3 are located on both sides of the back tray 1 with opposite poles of one another and are displaced along it relative to one another. Supplements Tray 1 has goat 6 in the area of magnet 3. The height of the magnets 2 and 3 and the stop 5 depends on the required Number of parts in the layer and exceeds the total thickness of the parts in the layer approximately a couple of times. The length of the magnetic systems is less than the length of the part. The cassette process is as follows. Parts in several layers follow Tray 1 and are cassetted to the zone. The magnet 2 is offset relative to the magnet 3 in the direction of the stop 5 by an amount equal to half the width of the magnet. Under the action of the magnetic field of the magnet 3, the parts are drawn into the cassette zone, attracted to the magnet 3 and fluffed on one side. The first magnet 3 along the movement of the parts 3 pulls 742 detail to the next, second magnet 2. The parts also fluff from the second side. The second magnet 2 pulls the parts all the way down 5. When they reach it, the part falls into the zone of action of the greatest magnetic force of the second magnet 2, namely in the middle of the magnet. There is a moment of power. The part is rotated and at one angle is attracted to the second magnet 2, while the angle located opposite the diagonal above is attracted to the first magnet 3. The part is fixed. In this case, the details in the cassette are evenly fluffed on both sides. After the appropriate layer has been collected, the following parts come across the protrusion of the parts collected in the stack, which are outside the zone of action of the magnetic system, which means that they do not magnetize, do not attract the tail, are not held, and are shed. The visor is non-magnetic and protects the magnet system from sticking of the discarded parts. If the details move on the tray 1, the number of layers of which exceeds the specified, the flange 4 does not trap the extra layer or layers. The parts slide off tray 1. The fixed parts in the magnetic system are raised up due to the action of magnetic forces. The arrangement of the magnets 2 and 3 to one another by opposite poles creates an almost uniform magnetic field, i.e., a field in which the magnetic field lines are parallel and located at the same distance from each other. Parts between magnets 2 and 3 are spaced apart, i.e. cut off from each other across the entire height of the magnetic system. This makes it possible for the robot's grab to capture details one by one. If the magnetic system is full, and the robot does not pick up the parts, then the parts that fit the magnetic system along the tray slide down from the inclined tray.
